3 bedrooms--1 King bed,1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and pull out couch {Queen} in living room. 4 flat screens, dvd, hi def TV {100 channels} I pod dock, Double stroller, single stroller, high chair, portable crib, child's 'potty seat' , Plastic dishes for children, tennis racquets, car wash hose and bucket, all linens and towels supplied, sand box pails, hot tub, Lagoon style pool, kids playground, lots of parking, your own single Garage/ driveway.
This is a second story {upstairs} unit in a two story building. We specifically chose this unit because there are no units ABOVE you. No' heard of elephants ' running around . It is very quiet and located very close (walking distance for 3 year old) to the walk in large heated pool and gorgeous clubhouse . There are child proof gates installed at top of stairs. Stairs are inside the unit and carpeted.
There is a full size washer and dryer located in the unit {free} in case hubby gets bored. We supply all linens, extra towels and specific "pool" towels. A lot less to carry in your suitcase. It costs $75.00 to fly a stroller- Mine are FREE to use. Need a high chair? ,portable crib? They are here and FREE.
The screened in patio has 4 comfortable chairs and gets the {all day} sun. Perfect for your morning coffee or evening wine. YOU WILL drink WINE!!! You can phone and make your friends jealous of the fine weather with FREE North America long distance or send home pictures using the FREE WIFI. Did I mention the WINE??

**** Something very worth noting
This condo was built in 2009/2010 and includes things like overhead sprinkler system for fire protection, smoke detectors in EVERY room, child proof gates at top of stairs, Also includes GFI protected electrical outlets. It is inspected regularly and meets ALL state and local safety criteria.
Please read this.
I will accept pets but there is a charge imposed onto me by the cleaners/ management company for EXTRA cleaning. I have to forward this charge of $100.00 plus tax to you. As well the resort has a limit of 50 lbs maximum size for dogs and some breeds are not allowed. Sorry!

Just perfect!

Our family (along with our 10lb. Shih-Tzu) stayed here the week in between New Year’s and Christmas to do some of the parks in Florida (Sea World, Discovery Cove and Busch Gardens) and it was just the perfect place! Communication with Don was so easy. We emailed back and forth a couple times before and after the trip. Instructions on getting to and getting into the unit were so simple. We had no problems whatsoever. The place was immaculate. One of the cleanest (if not the cleanest), properties we have ever visited. There were instructions on everything after we entered the unit. Also, lots of things were labeled. There was even a little welcome basket waiting for us when we entered the unit. It was just so perfect. The owner seems to have thought of everything when it comes to renting his place and pretty much has it all down to a science! We also enjoyed the pool, club house and workout room. The property seems to be very well managed. Location was excellent too for everything that we wanted to do on our trip. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider renting this unit again in the future. Thanks so much Don!

Perfect stay in Orlando!

We had an amazing time at Don's place, it was perfect for the three of us (My mother, myself and my toddler). The location is perfect to explore Orlando attractions, but it is also very quiet and peaceful. The amenities are great too, perfect for both adults and kids! Everything is very well-maintained and welcoming. The house was very clean and comfortable, it was like a home away from home. Don was very nice and communication with him was excellent. We loved it so much than we are planning to come back next year!

Great locations to Disney

We stayed at this home to go to all 4 Disney parks. They were all 15 mins or less. Very easy drive. The home was spotless. The king bed was very comfortable. I hope to stay here in the future when visiting Orlando. Don was very easy to work with.

Great place to stay

We booked this property to go to Disneyworld. Very convenient access to the Disney Parks. Overall very pleased with the property and the close proximity to Walmart as well.

Safe and beautiful location

The owner of this property took time out of their day to call and check in with us which I thought was amazing. Having a safe and secure location was important as I was travelling with two daughters from Indiana. We never felt unsafe and enjoyed the quiet and tranquel area. The condo was exactly as shown in the photos. Clean with nice decorations. The mattresses were all in good shape and linen was clean. Nothing negative to report.

The Best Rental we’ve ever had

We have had many positive experiences renting on VRBO. This property was by far the best. Location- in general if you’re familiar with this area it’s very busy. However due to the location of this condo you would never know it. Tucked away like an oasis it’s quiet, private and safe. Proximity to parks, restaurants, basic shopping is amazing and walking distance to Walmart can be easier then driving. Complex- stunning well maintained, pool and play area was incredible. Plenty of space for morning and evening walks. The courtyards were beautiful. Condo was just beautiful. Super clean, bright, open plenty of space and the overall energy was just good. Very relaxing and quiet. SOOOOO kid friendly. This was so helpful. Our youngest is 3 and the little things like gates in the stairs were great piece of mind. The only slight surprise is many rentals will have a few small things left over from prior renters like salt and pepper, coffee filters, seasoning, etc but this unit does not so be prepared for that. I was a bit lax this trip and didn’t pack those items I normally do and it was a little harder however they did not say they were included so that’s on me. It’s just something I’ve come to see in most places. I know some folks who use mgt companies ensure nothing is left behind to ensure no critter issues so this is understandable. We had the best time. My kids slept comfortably and easily which isn’t always the case on vacation. We will a love to book this place for our annual trip to visit family. It was just perfect. .

Great place to stay!

Great stay with my daughter

My daughter & I had a wonderful stay while visiting family in Kissimmee. We’ve stayed here twice before & always have a great time. Condo is very clean & the updated improvements & carpeting are terrific!

Perfect Location

This is the perfect location for easy access to all of the theme parks. We ended up not using the pool or club house amenities, but they looked nice.

Our favorite Off site property at Disney

We have stayed here on every Disney trip we have taken for the almost the last 8 years. We keep coming back for multiple reasons. The property is less than a 5 minute drive to the entrance of Disney world, this unit is large and very kid-friendly, it is always clean, & finally the owner is extremely accommodating and always aims to make sure we have the best stay possible. We can’t wait for our next visit to this unit. Thanks again for another amazing Disney vacation.

Excellent place to stay!

What a wonderful condo to rent!! It was very clean, had all amenities that we needed, and conveniently located. We did a Disney water park/ Disney springs/ Epcot and it was a total of 10-15 minutes away. We also did universal and it was 25 minutes away. Grocery store was walking distance and the pool on property was fun for the kids and adults, again it too was walking distance. Highly recommend this place. Don was excellent. We can’t wait to stay again.

Don is the best!

Don was amazing and had everything ready for us for our stay. He checked on us while we were there and he also made sure to stock the condo with helpful things we would need. The location is great and wonderful for a family looking to schedule their Disney vacation but might need more space then an on-property location. Thanks so much Don!

Fantastic!

Very grateful for Mr. Mcqueen letting us stay at his place. Our first impression was “WoooOoOoow”. My mom said: “We need one of these!!” Lol!! I felt the pressure… lets just say. Mr. McQueen was very communicative. Made sure we were good as soon as we got there. We no issues at all. We enjoyed so much in our stay. I just remembered that we forgot to write on the book where every signs! 🤦🏼‍♂️. I’m going to see if I can make a deal with Mr. McQueen and come to this place routinely :). So reserve your spot or I’ll take it!! Thank you for everything Mr. McQueen. I will for sure bookmark this stay as a #1 choice for all our Orlando Vacation needs. Great place to spend time with fam. We were so comfortable with everyone in their own room. One of the cool things is that the living room is cenetered between the rooms so everyone who comes out of the room is immediately in the living room/ kitchen. Chances of sharing some time together as a family increases a lot! Oh last detail: When we got there, we were going downhill on our car and all the sudden we see Disney’s fireworks clearly in front of us!! Far away but you know! They can be seen very well from a good distance. We were all in the car like: 😯😯😯😯😯😯😯😯🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤. I kept asking, is this happening?! Are we actually getting fireworks as soon as we got here? Perhaps like a welcoming?! That’s when I knew… it was going to be a great trip :). The entire Hard Rock Cafe sang happy birthday to my Sister. Our trip was based around my Sister’s birthday. So… she had an amazing Birthday for sure. Thank you for everything Mr. McQueen 💯

Highly Recommend: Fantastic and Wonderful

Our family's stay in this condo was seamless and awesome! Don's communication was quick and very helpful, the space was perfect for our family of 8, and the location was just what we needed. Not only are your close to a Walmart, pharmacies, and restaurants, but Disney properties were very close (8-15 min) with Universal being a little farther(25 min). Be prepared for crazy traffic - but just give extra time during busy times. The condo had supplies for infants/children, although we didn't need them. We loved the gated community as it was private and quiet. Our family would definitely stay at this condo again. Thanks to Don for our extended stay - it truly was perfect!

Great and secure location

The Condo was very very nice. It had everything we could possibly need. There was lots of parking. It is an upstairs unit and had a small screen porch off the Master bedroom. Loved the décor. My Granddaughter's really enjoyed the pool. We was only about 2 miles from Disney Magic Kingdom at the most. The location was near lots of shopping and Walmart. We could not have had a better place. Thanks

Super Comfy Stay

We had an amazing trip! Don was very thorough. He sent all of the codes and info in plenty of time so that we had them on check in day. He also answered our questions quickly when we had to ask something. The property is well maintained. I appreciated the super sturdy baby gates at both sets of stairs. The furniture in the kids' room was also bolted to the wall to prevent tipping. As the mom of an extremely active toddler, these things made life easier! There was also a pack and play, bed bumper, and high chair in the closet. While we didn't need those things, it's very nice that they're available for families. There was also a step stool that my toddler used for using the bathroom and I didn't even think about needing that so it's awesome that he had that base covered. I loved having a full kitchen so that we didn't have to rely on takeout for the whole week. There were plenty of pots, pans, strainers, cutting boards, you name it. There were also dishes for adults and plenty of kids dishes. I enjoyed the balcony so much! After a long few days carting around the kiddos, I just wanted to relax on the balcony with my book which was very enjoyable since it's totally screened in and no bugs could get to me! The pool is giant and our kids had a great time swimming and mingling with other vacationers. It was too hot for the playground but it had some pretty awesome stuff. We were only about 10 minutes from Disney, Walmart was on the same street, and there were lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We will for sure try to stay here again if we head back to the area.

We are Canadian owners of this lovely condo. We bought it to enjoy with our 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. It is set up for children both young and old. The screened in private lunai is perfect for morning coffee {gets sun all day} or evening supper. Childrens playground and splash pad will amuse them for hours. Lagoon style pool is a delight for all. Pool ,splash pad, clubhouse, tennis are only 300 feet away. No need to drive to pool like larger resorts. Very quiet gated property is just far enough off main arterys to be heaven.

Location,location, Location If Disney is your destination then there is very little that's closer. If you stand in the driveway in front of this unit you can see and faintly hear the fireworks every night at Magic Kingdom. You can walk to Mac Donalds, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, supermarkets , shopping. There is a brand new Walmart superstore right at the end of our street. . All of the "children" items are free to use. Double Stroller , single stroller, high chair, bed rails, two portable playpens, potty seat plastic dishes ETC.

One thing that really appealed to us was this is a second floor unit. It is very quiet and bright. The ground floor units tend to be darker and noisy from the units above them. There is no one above this unit. There are childproof gates at top of both sets of stairs, stairs are inside unit and carpeted. Upstairs units are larger 1480 SQ FT and brighter {more windows} FREE PARKING is right at your front door or there is a dedicated driveway and small garage . Ideal for motorcycle or storing golf clubs, strollers etc. Did I mention parking is FREE!!!
