Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, enjoy walks on the beach, swim in the pools! Lot of restaurants nearby. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and IMAX Theatre. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Close to airport, taxi, uber and rental cars!



Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home, please be careful to not damage any property during your stay. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



NOTE: The 7th floor pool deck and indoor pools are now open. The ground floor hot tub has been open.



THE OUTSIDE HOT TUB IS OPEN AND HEATED, AND THE OUTDOOR POOLS WHICH ARE THE MAIN POOL ARE HEATED AS WELL.

Beautiful room, very functional, ceiling fan over bed “A Must” close to the beach, restaurants, grocery store. The saltwater pool was fantastic. The community also has a small grocery store, pub, & real-estate companies. They also have a marina bar/grill & have lots of live entertainment & fun activities.

When booking I had to submit multiple varifications. Multiple emails of what I was missing/lacking came at various times. In addition we were told that we could check in at 4 pm and a code for the condo would be provided. It was, HOWEVER, the code for the property gate was not and we had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes until the host replied. I DID NOT get the welcome text with all the information until 18 hours later. In the discribtion of the unit, it did not mention that the ONLY view woud be the interior hallway. It is a glorified hotel room, The king size bed is very soft, we only had a bottom sheet over the mattress pad, with the top quilt blanket. The one pillow on the bed (pillow shame) had a black dead spider/bug on it. The remote fell under the bed where we encountered dust bunnies and nerf bullets. I moved the glass tray untop of dresser and a used dental pick was under it. I am not sure who owns the property or if its listed with an LLC but the cleaners need to be spoken to. In addition, the shower has a sweet spot where the water seems to only go up half way to the hot water, my daughter (age 13) could not get it turned over to warmer water. For the location and the spontanous trip we took it was just okay. Expected more.

Pool is the treasure for this listing. The room is small, but enough just for 2 people. If it was my studio to rent, I’d add a few shelves on the side over the fridge to keep coffee, donuts, sugar and cups. Also a small table would be a plus. Maybe foldable… But overall, nice place to stay for a week. We enjoyed it.

We loved it! Nice and clean, big bathroom and the pool was awesome. Host was quick to respond when we messaged them, very polite and helpful also. We really enjoyed ourselves!

When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. I want your experience to be perfect and would love constructive feedback to make your vacation even more enjoyable. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home. Our time is spent planning our next real estate purchase, building websites for clients, working out, playing with our daughter, reading, and cooking new recipes.
