It is a two bedroom and two-bathroom single family home offering spacious accommodations for 4 guests. It is perfectly suited for families and friends on a vacation, golf trip, or business. On arrival, you will be greeted by the sophisticated touch of coastal elegance with an overall warmth and comfort that lends itself to relaxation and creating everlasting family memories. Moreover, guests can relax at either the community pool located steps away from the bungalow or at the hotub and resort pool which is the largest saltwater pool in South Carolina located at the North Towers. For nature lovers and adventurers, the Intracoastal Waterway presents opportunities for a host of water activities such as fishing, kayaking, jet skiing, parasailing, and boating.

KITCHEN + DINING ROOM + LIVING ROOM

The open floor plan offers spacious accommodations to keep company with friends and family. The beautiful kitchen features sleek granite countertops and solid slab backsplash with stainless steel appliances to cook your gourmet meal. The dining room offers ample seating to dine and conversate at the dining table (seating for 4) and the breakfast bar (seating for 2). Enjoy freshly made coffee from the coffee bar which comes stocked with a starter supply of coffee, creamer, sugar, and seasonal flavors. The living room has a spacious sofa and comfy chairs which are perfect for watching the 60-inch Roku TV. The living room is complete with a dedicated desk area for remote work.

Come relax in two well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king canopy bed reminiscent of the tropics with your own palm tree to recline under with a good book. The cozy guest bedroom offers a queen rattan bed complemented with a sophisticated coastal charm. Palm leaf ceiling fans adorn each bedroom. The spa-like master bathroom provides a spacious walk-in shower and double vanity. The guest bathroom offers a bath and shower combo. POLICIES

The guest who makes the reservation (name on the rental agreement) must be at least 25 years old. He/she will need to arrive first in the group to check-in and must be present the entire length of the stay. Names and ages of all guests are required. No exceptions will be granted.

• NO events, parties, or large gatherings
• NO pets
• NO smoking of cigarettes/marijuana, vaping, or use of illicit drugs
• NO street parking (vehicles parked on street will be towed at the owners’ expense)

• Quiet hours: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
