The condo was beautiful! Loved the kitchen had a great view of the ocean. Property was clean and quiet. Beds were comfy and ceiling fans were a plus! Plenty of storage, beautiful decor and felt like a true beach escape-the view was so pretty! We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at Brighton Kingston Plantation. The condo was spacious and the views outstanding. The location was perfect. Convenient to many restaurants and family friendly activities. We will definitely be planning another stay in the near future.

Floors were not clean, sheets on the king bed did not fit, pillow cases were too small, outdoor furniture was rusted and cushions were ripped. Old coffee was left in the coffee pot. Windows were filthy. View was nice. The mgt company responded quickly when we had difficulty with the security lock.

The condo was clean and as advertised. The views were beautiful from the 16th floor and we would rent this unit again. The rental company was very responsive and checked on us multiple times throughout our stay.

Good communication, beautiful view and condo. Would certainly stay again. Floors were pretty sticky when we arrived, would make sure cleaning crew mops between guests, maybe just overlooked. Would leave a swiffer mop for guests to use if needed, but no big deal. Great stay overall.

Check in and check out we’re great! Decor and condo were very appealing. I think the cleaning staff lacked in some areas. And the master room bed was not very comfortable. But otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay, awesome view and beautiful resort.

Love staying in the Brighton tower if Kingston plantation. Our son goes to Coastal carolina university and we love staying at the plantation. While it may be little bit further from the college There are so many amenities on site like black drum , gym , beach , etc !

We stayed in the property for 1 week. During the first few days, we spent a significant amount of time troubleshooting electrical equipment, taking photos, and waiting on hold for over an hour. This disruption occurred while we was trying to attend my son's baseball tournament. The issues including the property being significantly dirty, including mold on shower curtain, floors excessively dusty and someone’s garbage under the bed, balcony furniture ripped and rusty, broken door knobs and no working air conditioner. Despite multiple requests to address the issues, clean the property, or find alternative options within the condo, only the air conditioning was fixed and a floor was dusted. The rest of the issues remain unresolved, and communication with the host was very poor. Great location and building very secure. View from balcony amazing!

Visit date May 16-18, 2026. I booked this location because the reviews & the pictures were amazing. Yes, the view is beautiful but BE AWARE: there is a little note not really noticeable stating “Note: ongoing waterproofing project expect balcony will not be accessible until further notice”, it’s in a unnoticeable spot & didn’t noticed until I asked about access to the balcony, which is one of the main reasons I booked the place. Either way the vie was beautiful from the windows, just disappointing something this important was blended into other detail. So this rental was like Paris, France and most tourist cities: beautiful from the waist up. Everything from the waist below was dirty. The rugs(very dirty), throw blankets (had food stuck on it; luckily I brought two blankets) & the couch had hair from other guests (none of us had blond or gray hair which was all over)& look as if it never been cleaned at all. My sock were dirty from the rugs. I found the vacuum but it was broken. I took pictures and sent them to the property manager Julie and she communicated well but nothing was resolved until following up a couple times & the young lady that came 24hours later brought a vacuum that wasn’t sucking up anything and had to remove the rugs because they were that bad! The young lady was great & cleaned up the floors after she removed the rugs. The water does not stay hot enough to fill the master bath tub enough to soak.The pool & hot tub was closed Glad for the beach!
