Our cozy, second floor, studio residence has all the amenities of your home away from home. The interior has been updated, including new windows and interior window shutters but will reflect a part of Old Naples that has passed, with hand paintings by a local artist of Gordon Pass before its development and local birds - all combined to provide a fresh coastal cottage feel. This adorable condo residence has a king bed, full kitchen and bath and a table for two! It will give the residents a feel of a cottage near the beach. There is plenty of room for your personal items with a large built-in wardrobe. Cable TV, and Internet/WiFi to ensure you are always connected to the outside world should you want to re-connect after a day of swimming in our oversized, heated pool or the beautiful Gulf of Mexico - across the street and just steps from your front door.
Coquina Cottage will have all of the Naples historic flare of the local area. Take a journey with us and relax in a comfy cottage atmosphere. The location speaks for itself. Breathtaking beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The infamous Naples Pier is in the rebuilding, planning stages and will bring this iconic Naples landmark "back better than ever." This exceptionally located residence affords you the easiest access to all the amenities that Old Naples offers. Unpack your bags and head for the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are provided. Or walk a block to Third Street South, Naples' destination venue for fine dining or casual eateries. Explore the unique boutiques and galleries for the discerning shopper or simply start exploring all the near-by attractions. Don't forget the large, heated pool for morning laps or for just floating all your cares away. After a day in the sun, relax in your home-away-from-home and prepare an easy meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Maybe take a nap on the luxurious new comfy pillows and king mattress before heading out for a evening of fun. But don't miss the spectacular sunsets - this will make all of your vacation planning worthwhile. We will do our best to make this vacation stay care-free. A home away from home for making memories! Incredible from beginning to end! Location is perfection! Clean, beautiful, cozy! 10/10 hospitality. Parking was easy, elevator and stairs were in good shape. Property was well maintained and beautiful!

So peaceful and relaxing, loved being a block away from the beach, amenities fantastic. One critique, listing of beach view misleading. It's impossible to see the beach from the balcony, let alone the condo that overlooks a parking lot on the north side of the unit.

Great Stay!

My husband was traveling for business, so my daughter, her boyfriend, and another couple traveled with us for a 5 day stay in Naples. This was a perfect location! We were a very short walk away from the beach and the room had all of the necessary chairs, umbrellas, towels, and cooler that we needed for the hot afternoons on the beach. We were also very close to shopping and places to eat. The rooms were clean and the kitchens were stocked with supplies that were needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Studio in Old Naples

The building is a retro throw-back to the 70s amidst larger modern homes. Our room was beautifully decorated, updated and comfortable. Denise, the building manager, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.Two criticisms of the building to the owners: the elevator was not operating during our stay. This would have been helpful getting our luggage up and down from the second floor. And there was obvious mold in the tracks of the shower doors.

Couple week in Naples

Naples Best

Location and accommodations can’t be beat. This is our spot for a warm weather get-away. Denise and the Watson Team are the perfect hosts. Our unit had everything you’d need, including a generous welcome basket of snacks and waters. Beach one block west. 3rd Street activities one block east. Only thing to do is figure out which restaurants for dinners.

Perfect location, but…

No better location in Old Naples, and the pool was great. The room was tired, dirty, and smelly, with stained mattress pad and pillow cases, generally dirty throughout, and mold in the shower. Don’t walk barefoot. Needs to be updated top to bottom. Don’t be fooled by the photos.

A block from the beach. A block from restaurants and shopping. Best location in all of Naples. The unit has everything we needed. And our host provided everything we needed.

Weekend Getaway

Another fantastic stay! The unit was perfect for me and my wife. Short walk to the beach, Third Street, and only 1/2 mile to Fifth Avenue. Pam and Denise were great as usual. Definitely will be back.

What a perfect location in old town Naples. Close to beach, shopping and great places to eat. We enjoyed the pool as well. Denise was very helpful and a wonderful host!

My favorite place

While the location is perfect, the hurricane left the property in a sad state. Denise communicated with me often and was completely honest, which I greatly appreciated! My biggest disappointment was the lack of heat of the pool, which is one of the best for exercise. Hopefully,all will be back in excellent shape by next seasons

Great location with everything we needed!

We loved our stay. The complex was conveniently located. Rarely used our rental car. Beach chairs & umbrella were provided and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend and hope to return again soon.

Great Vacation Stay and Location

The Naples Mariner was a great cozy place to stay within walking distance to the Gulf beach area and 3rd street. One of my favorites was Tony's-wonderful pastries and desserts. My suite was super clean, comfortable and the pool was so clean and refreshing! The hosts were fabulous!

Favorite get away spot

This is our favorite spot for a quick get away. The studio is spacious with a comfortable king bed. Bathroom and kitchen are small but still very comfortable for a short stay. Always exceptionally clean and stocked with beach chairs and small beach cooler and umbrella. Everything you need! Bonus is that the beach is a short walk and the best restaurants are just as close! Love this location!

Wonderful!

This is a great property one block from a beautiful beach on the gulf. Navy pier is 2 blocks. It’s great to be that close and not have to pay parking as it is included with the property An umbrella, 2 beach chairs and also towels are available to use. I suggested to management that a wagon for hauling would make that perfect!! The room is very nice and clean. Small kitchenette with all the essentials. I would highly recommend this property for its location and quality.

Short walk to beach

Great location short walk to beach and pier. Only thing was bird outside kitchen window that would show up and start chirping at different hours throughout nite. Not a deal breaker by any means. Great location and price for 5 nights.

The Watson family built this building in the 60's and it was originally run as a Motel. Currently, it is a condominium complex with residences owned by several different owners.

The residence you are viewing is a Studio - one open space - residence. We also have a 2BD/2BA residence, both on the 2nd floor, with an elevator. We look forward to hosting you at the Naples Mariner, one block from the Gulf of Mexico. We consider this PARADISE and hope you will too!

The Watson’s pioneered to Naples, Florida in the early 1940’s. The Mariner was built in 1966 and was run under the guidance of the matriarch of the family. Three generations have been sharing the Naples' lifestyle, which we live and enjoy every day.
