Oceanfront one bedroom apartment in Palmetto Sunset on the 29th floor with panoramic views of the island. Located about 10 minutes from El Centro and 20 minutes from the airport. There are supermarkets, drugstores, ATM, currency exchange and restaurants nearby and the beach is just a few steps away. The building has 2 pools. One of the first floor and the other on the rooftop. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, TVs in the living room and bedroom, washer and dryer combo, safe, kitchen and balcony.
Visiting hours for unregistered guests is 10am to 5am.

There's a onetime fee of 20,000 COP (approximately 5 dollars) for registered guests at registration. The fee is paid at reception by credit or debit card. Unregistered guests have to pay 25,000 COP for each visit. The fee is to the building administration not to the apartment owner. Minors must be accompanied by legal guardians at all times. Identification is required for all at check in. The building has 24 hour security.
