Beach Retreat - King Bed, Bunk Room, Pool & 1.5 Baths

Camping has always been a big part of our family story. We’ve spent countless hours making memories together—my husband grilling outside while I prepped snacks inside, and our daughter chasing fireflies or curling up with a good book.

We’ve shared s’mores and stories under the stars, played card games through rainy evenings, and laughed until we cried more times than we can count. From Ohio to Florida and plenty of places in between, some of our favorite family memories were made while camping.

Now that our daughter has grown up and headed off to college, we’re excited to share that same experience with other families. We hope RV by the Sea becomes a place where you can slow down, enjoy time together, and make a few special memories of your own.

We chose Rogers Bay because it has the laid-back, family-friendly beach atmosphere we love. You can spend the day at the beach, cool off in the campground pool, grab a bite or an ice cream, and end the evening relaxing outside—all without having to go far.

We also love the sense of community here. It’s casual, welcoming, and perfect for families, couples, and small groups who enjoy the beach and being outdoors. With beach access just across the street and so much available right around the campground, it felt like the perfect place for RV by the Sea.

RV by the Sea combines the fun of a beach camping getaway with many of the comforts of home. You get a private king bedroom, a separate bunk room for the kids, 1.5 baths, a full kitchen, comfortable living space, streaming TVs, and plenty of room to relax inside and out.

What really makes it special is the experience—you can walk across the street to the beach, spend the afternoon at the campground pool, grill dinner outside, and finish the evening around the firepit.

It’s a relaxed, family-friendly alternative to a traditional beach rental, with everything you need for an easy Topsail getaway.
