The propertyā€™s is two stories so the living room has wonderful high ceilings and two sofas, sitting chairs, and side tables. The living, dining, and kitchen are open so sipping your morning coffee is a made little more comfortable as you relax and take in views of the Baytowne Golf Course and lush patio area. The property offers a spacious and fully-equipped kitchen with coordinated appliances, natural stone countertops and a large breakfast bar area.

There are two master bedrooms downstairs each with king beds and en suite bathroom. Downstairs also has a convenient half bath. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms perfect for guests. These bedrooms have beds to sleep all the kids- either one twin bed & queen over queen bunks OR onw full bed & one twin bed, and their own en suite bathrooms as well!

Take a new adventure when you walk over to the Baytowne Marina and try out some of their many water sports. Kayaks, boating, stand-up paddle are great ways to explore ā€˜the other sideā€™ of SandestinĀ® Golf and Beach Resort when you paddle around and find unique creatures like crabs and fish in the bay waters. Along the way, make a stop at nearby Jolee Island where kids will over the marked nature trail. Yes, the beach awaits too! Just hop the resort shuttle to start your day at the beach.

This property and community was excellent. Plenty of space and amenities. The unit was very clean, had all the dishes and utensils needed cooking, and the beach equipment was an excellent touch. The property hosts were all very responsive and helped with all our questions. We would definitely return!

We purposely looked for a place in Baytown because we had stayed there before. It is well kept and we love the Wharf area for nightlife. You also have your shops at the entrance of the Resort that gives you a break from the beach or for a rainy day. The only issue we had with our beach house was the upstairs would not cool at night otherwise it was very spacious for the four couples that went and we all enjoyed our stay.

Was my understanding my property came with two parking spots every time we left and came back had to try to find parking spot not everyone who was in our spots had a pass. Like we had and the ones that live there had there sticker so this needs to be looked at please.

Beautiful home with everything we needed as well as shopping, dining, entertainment minutes away!

We had a great time. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was an extra bonus feature of this house. Plenty of room for dinners and movie night on the evenings we stayed home. Beautiful landscape all the way back to our quiet corner. So much to choose from...loved the nearby outlets! Great variety of restaurants minutes away when we were to lazy to cook :) we had an easy drive in both directions to fort Walton and Panama City beaches also. We were in town for a Crossfit road trip. We were looking for a location central to Panama City/fort Walton beach areas, but that also had other adventures from which to choose. We also wanted a super convenient and comfortable place to rest between workouts. This met all of our needs and then some. We highly recommend this location and My vacation haven for making the accommodations so accessible and easy to reserve. 3rd annual Crossfit Road trip in the books! Had a blast!

Not Satisfied

The condo was dirty, and had lots of bugs (roaches, and others I can't identify). I was not satisfied with the condo overall. The website was misleading. The pictures that were on the internet showed water all around the condo. That was not the condo we rented. It was down the street from the one with the water.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the SanDestin; this was our fourth trip but first in this rental. The room was clean, with the exception of one bath tub. However, we had two main issues. First, the AC and refrigerator took two days to reach temperature. The first night was warm, especially upstairs and our frozen stuff in the freezer defrosted. Second, the dishwasher wasn't working properly. It did enough to provide a rinse, but not clean. We noticed that the dishes in the cabinets (left by others) felt grimy. Luckily we hand washed them, otherwise we would be using unwashed dishes. On day 3 we noticed standing water near the island (indicating a problem) and reported the issue. We also noticed the bottom of the island was rotten, indicating this has been a problem for months/years. A repair man was sent to confirm it didn't work, but the unit was not replaced. We spent our vacation hand washing everything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in generally great condition. The furnishings are nice and the location is great. The minor issues to be aware of are the outdated TVs throughout the unit. The main tv in the living room has a large bad spot on the bottom left corner that affected the quality of the picture. The exhaust fans in the bathroom were very loud. My Vacation Havenā€™s service as usual was great. We had a issue with the grill being out of gas and it was cared for very promptly.

Destin Vacation Experience

The property and location was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our entire stay. I loved the place I just have a couple of suggestions and minor requests for future reservations. Thank you for allowing my family to stay on your property. We will be back

Very nice location cleanliness was poor.

As I told the representative we didn't want nothing in return just the property cleaned. There were bugs, blood and fecal matter in the restrooms, sheets and floors. I think charging a cleaning fee was a joke considering nothing including the dishes were cleaned. Communicateion with the pool entrance and wifi were non existent. Other than that it was nice throughout our stay.

Great Double Family getaway!

We had two families staying with a total of 4 kids ages from 4-17 and there was plenty of room for everyone! Great kitchen/dining area for everyone to sit together to eat. Location was good and community pool was nice! This is our second stay at Sandestin but 1st at this property. Only wish would be that we could have accessed/rented a golf cart.

Wow!

Spacious home in a hidden area to get away from large crowds for young and old alike. The home allowed us to have our individual quiet moments as well as family group time. The open floor plan was perfect for communication from all areas of the house. Due to the time of year, we were not able to utilize the pool, but the children were able to enjoy some beach time. A family wedding at the marina was perfect for ease of traveling, arrivals, departures, etc.
