The neighborhood features a mix of historic brick two- and three-flats, quiet tree-lined streets, and newer developments. Tri-Taylor is known for its proximity to the historic Little Italy district along Taylor Street, home to old-school Italian restaurants, cafés, and bakeries. Getting Around:
Public transit is convenient and well-connected, centered around the CTA Pink Line’s Polk Station, just a block away. Security deposit of $500 will be required before check in.
Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.

The building and apartment appear to be very close to brand new and the apartment is gorgeous! Beds are super comfortable and the primary bedroom with ensuite is really gorgeous. All new, top of the line appliances and plenty of dish and glass ware. Could use a big stock pot and we donated a colander which was the only thing we really missed. Check in/out was very easy. The parking space in the garage is great, but our rental was a huge GMC truck which just couldn't fit. We were able to find parking on the street, but it's limited to a few spaces right outside the front door, across the street and around the corner on the main avenue. All other parking on the street requires a permit. Neighborhood was much quieter than expected. Pete's Fresh Foods is about a mile away and has great selection of produce, meat and even gluten free options. When we walked in and saw the dining table set, it made us feel like we were home - a really nice touch!
