Elegant Villa with Stunning Views of Jost Van Dyke

Located on the North Shore of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands, this elegant two bedroom Villa looks out over a luscious coconut palm grove, with stunning panoramic sea views to neighbouring Island Jost Van Dyke. Long Bay Beach is just a couple of minutes walk away - perfect for an early morning swim or late afternoon stroll.

Palm Grove is an elegantly remodeled Villa surrounded by beautifully landscaped tropical gardens which contain bright hibiscus, frangipani, bougainvillea as well as plentiful mango and lime trees. Smugglers Cove beach is just a few minutes away from Palm Grove villa, situated close to the idyllic Long Bay Beach.

Constructed in a classic multi storied style with sparkling white stucco walls and high ceilings, the villa enjoys gently cooling sea breezes including air conditioning in both bedrooms.

The Villa is attractively furnished and enjoys a spacious living area, separate kitchen and two on suite bathrooms. With its queen and twin rooms, Palm Grove is suitable for a range of visitors from honeymooners to families with children.

There is a well-equipped full kitchen for all your holiday needs whether self-catering or entertaining. Local shops include a Superette on the South coast road and the Harbour Market at West End. On route to West End is a petrol station and Laundromat.

Fresh bath and beach towels are supplied and housekeeping is provided for linen and weekly cleaning.

Our holiday library includes a range of reading material. Palm Grove has all the facilities of a larger rental property including excellent Wi Fi, flat screen TV and Amazon Firestick.

Palm Grove Villa is Gold Seal approved by the BVI government - please check the BVI Covid-19 protocols for entry information on visiting Tortola.

Beautiful place with a beautiful view and short walk to a beautiful beach

Thanks Sandra, We had a wonderful stay at your villa. Amazing views of Jost and the Caribbean with a short walk to beautiful Long Bay beach. Villa was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had so much fun at this (calmer) end of Tortola. Great snorkeling 5 minutes down the road at Smugglers Cove beach.

Great location on West end of island. Views of Long Bay Beach and sound of waves crashing from afar were 10/10. Close proximity to Smugglers Cove, another epic beach. Only opportunity with property is better matresses as both were not comfortable.

Palm Grove Villa

We had a great time at this lovely house with the most amazing views and sunsets. Great location - within walking distance of Long Bay Beach Resort which has been renovated beautifully. Great beach bar and restaurant. Sandra was a wonderful host who gave us some great recommendations for things to do in the area. Everything was just what we were hoping for. We love Tortola!

Palm Villa

This two bedroom villa was perfect for our week long stay on Tortola! Having the second bedroom and second bathroom was perfect with having our teenage daughter with. The views were amazing, it was very private, and the villa had everything that we needed.

Peaceful Villa

Nice villa with a beautiful view! Had a great time at Palm Grove Villa. The property manager, as well as the owner, were great making sure we were enjoying our stay.

beautiful Caribbean house

This was our first stay at Palm Grove Villa. We were a little nervous because we had a favorite house we rented but it wasn't available. This house was WONDERFUL! Great layout and location! My favorite spot was the window seat where I could read and watch the waves. We hopefully will be back next year!!!

Such a pretty view

A return to the BVI, 20 years in the making. We originally came for our honeymoon and stayed at the Long Bay Beach resort. The hurricanes removed that option but the villa was ultimately the better option because this time we were able to share the beauty of the islands with our girls. They had their own room (which we greatly appreciated) with two single beds (which they appreciated). We spent our days doing things around the island and neighboring islands and then enjoyed our afternoons and evenings soaking in the view from the villa. As is the case with most vacations, it was too short but a great memory for the family. The only complaint is that the roosters were relentless in waking us up with their crowing.

Lovely get away

Palm Grove is a lovely Tortola villa and the views are absolutely stunning! We loved hearing the waves as we fell asleep each night. Very soothing. We were glad we had a car to explore the area and to easily get to the beaches as it's not an easy walk to either of the closest beaches. Driving on Tortola is an experience!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

Villa is absolutely beautiful, fully equipped including a grill I saw on the deck! Didn’t use it but it was available. I would strongly suggest getting a car to get to and from on the island as the house is on a mountain and cabs are not readily available up where the house is, road is a bit steep to those who have never driven in mountains before, this is just so you are aware don’t let that hinder renting this property as it will not be a worry once you see the Views that this Villa has to offer, absolutely breath taking!! I rented a car and parked at the bottom of the hill at Sebastian’s (hotel) parking lot and then retrieved a cab to take us into town to visit the bars. DENZILS CAR RENTAL is who I used; suggested by the owner of the Villa, great suggestion! There is a private beach at the bottom of the hill, you will want to drive there and parking along the coast line is just fine, walking could be done but not suggested as the incline on the way back up to the Villa would be tiresome. Villa also was equipped with beach chairs if need. Villa beds were extremely comfortable and made for a good nights rest. Ps: hot water in master shower is cold and the cold is the hot water;) Ejniy and take care of this property as it was left for you to enjoy next!! ❤️🌴Florida Renter, highly impressed one of a Kind Villa!! Can’t wait to come back to the BVI and stay at Sandra’s place!

Paradise on Earth

During Thanksgiving week 2018 (Nov 19 thru Nov 24) my partner, my son and his date and I had the honor of being the first guests since the dual hurricanes Irma and Maria wreaked havoc on Tortola. Honestly, this beautiful villa was all we had hoped for - and more. The basics were all covered - everything we needed for a comfortable stay like a well appointed kitchen, wifi, beach towels and chairs (be sure to walk down to the beach and say hello to Winston at Nature Boy's bar and enjoy the solitude and amazing sand), air conditioned bedrooms, an amazing patio with umbrella'd table and views that are almost surreal. But beyond the basics, is the location and the views - and Sandra's friendly help from long distance as well as Julie's (local caretaker) friendly presence when needed. My daughter was married on 11/24/18 at the Sugar Mill (just down the road) and we were a bit sad to leave the villa to move down to the inn for the night of the wedding. The only bit of warning I want to give to fellow travelers is that the island is still in recovery mode (of course!) and the unit next door is undergoing repairs. The workers began their work at the reasonable hour of 8:00 am each morning, and for the older members of our party that was no problem. The younger/partying set were a bit disappointed that they didn't get to sleep in, but we all understood that the work must go on so that people on Tortola can reclaim their lives and livelihoods. Sandra, thank you again for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful villa in paradise. I hope to come back again soon - and that your place will be available when I do. Palm Grove: charming and cosy. Excellent location

We have been visiting the west end of Tortola regularly since 1991 and this is the first time we stayed at Palm Grove villa. The villa was perfect for us: charming, well maintained, well appointed and an excellent location near Smuggler's Cove. We could not have asked for anything better.

Palm Grove Villa on Tortola BVI

We have been going to Tortola for about twenty years. This was our second year staying at Palm Grove Villa, and we hope to stay there again. The Villa is very comfortable and is located in a quiet, restful area. Both bedrooms have lovely views, and there is a large window seat in the living room with a beautiful view, a perfect place to read, write, or just relax. The Villa has has an excellent working kitchen and a fabulous terrace for eating out, including a gas grill. The multi-levels makes it easy to share the space with other family members or another couple. We had few needs during our stay, but those we expressed were responded to quickly. The owner is kind, friendly, and responsive. There are two nearby gorgeous beaches - Long Bay and Smugglers. And there are a number of excellent restaurants. We especially loved Banannakeet. We highly recommend the Palm Grove Villa for a comfortable, restful, and rejuvenating vacation.

Palm Grove on Tortola

This was our fifth or sixth trip to Tortola but one of the first which was not via charter sailboat. We had spent a week on St; John attending an open water swimming course, and had decided to enjoy some special recharge-the-batteries time in the BVI. The Palm Grove Villa was indeed a delight: it was beautiful, clean, and had impressive views throughout the villa. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very well appointed. The owner was kind enough to promptly respond to emails asking questions prior to our arrival. There were plenty of towels and we were impressed with the selection of cooking utensils, pots/pans, etc. We highly recommend staying here. The five-minute walk to the beach invited more open water time for us, and the beach was lovely and clean.

wonderful villa

while this was not our first trip to Tortola nor the first villa we've rented, it was absolutely the best! The villa is beautiful; clean, has fantastic views from so many different places within and outside the villa and it is wonderfully appointed! The owner is kind and promptly responded to all of my emails asking so many questions before we arrived. They provided an abundance of towels and since we like to cook, we were thrilled that they had a wide selection of cooking utensils, pots/pans, tableware.... This is also a great location! Its close to several beaches as well as restaurants. I highly recommend staying here

Palm Grove Villa, Tortola

Stunning view from the terrace, the living room and the bedrooms. Beaches and ferries very accessible. Lots of space and all very comfortable. Excellent support available - even sourcing a phone charger at short notice! Huge variety of restaurants and beaches, whether you want busy sociable atmosphere or peace and quiet.

Lovely view from the kitchen and living room. Nice accommodations with sun deck and parking, within a short walk of Long Bay Beach. Managers are very helpful.
