Well appointed, clean, and comfortable beach living. Amenities in OceanSide Village include water park (new 2013), indoor pool, outdoor pool, library, fitness center, playground, tennis courts, baseball field, volleyball court, horseshoe pits, basketball courts, fishing, and surf fishing. Golf cart rental available within community. This is an upstairs unit in a duplex. There is no access to the downstairs unit which is the owner's separate permanent dwelling.

Loved the morning lake view with the ducks and turtles!

Property manager was great answering all questions about the property and access information to the beach! Enjoyed our afternoon golf cart rides and meeting some really amazing people! Would definitely stay again!

The property was clean and the house was roomy. Very close to the beach. Host was awesome and very informative. Totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. The weather was great!

Refreshing and beautiful. God’s handiwork morning

Ms.Carol’s home was truly a home away from home. Beautifully decorated and homey. It had everything you need to stay. Awesome mornings sipping coffee and watching over the pond for wildlife. We enjoyed watching the swans,geese,ducks ,turtles and fish. Refreshing to my soul. Thanks Ms Carol. We will be back. God bless you as you have blessed us in sharing your home

Peaceful paradise

This was the first home that everyone "loved". All seven of us slept well and were very comfortable for our stay. The beautiful sunrises to the pink sunsets, the view from that balcony was amazing !!!! And Carol Anne, it was such a pleasure meeting you and chatting briefly about life. Thank you for a memorable stay and we're planning another trip next year. The Liptak family

GREAT STAY!

My family and I just got home from our stay and it was nothing but amazing! The pictures of this place honestly doesn’t do justice. The kids loved the lake by the deck and loved watching all the turtles. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the homey feel of the house. Carol was also super nice! The kids loved the pool and the water park and it was only a few minutes away from the ocean. We will 100% stay here again!

Great place had so much fun.

Great Stay

We were very nervous about our stay initially due to COVID. The homeowner however made sure we were very comfortable and made to feel extremely safe staying at her home. We had a great vacation.

Great place for a Family

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Carol keeps a nice clean place and it was perfect for our family. With just a short drive to the beach and (.6 miles) other attractions nearby, it was a great family getaway.

Perfect Getaway for Vacation

A home away from home. Very relaxing and loved the house. Perfect Beach house, whether you are sitting on the deck at night or enjoying the comfy beach house. Our stay was rained out, though we were so comfortable inside this wonderful house. Thank You!

Clean, beautifully decorated, felt like home!

We couldn’t have been happier with renting this property. They provided everything we needed as far as appliances and kitchen utensils, etc. It really was a home away from home. There is easy access to Surfside Beach which is fantastic for families but also close enough to town that you can experience the busy life if you wanted to. It’s also close to Murrells I met which is a fantastic spot to visit. Great location, WONDERFUL people to rent from. It was great meeting the family and having a quiet spot to get away. There are also free pools right there in the community that are all well kept and clean. You will not regret renting this one, it’s a great place, I cannot say enough good things. It was much better than a typical hotel experience!

Home away from Home

Truly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was very clean, well decorated and had all the necessities for the camp cook. Carol Ann was great to work with and checked to make sure everything was fine with the accommodation. Enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake and watching the interaction with the swans and geese. The location was great with easy access to the beach, shopping and great restaurants. Very much looking forward to our stay again next winter. See you in New Year Carol. Keith B

Amazing views and outstanding hostess!!

My family and I had the best time at Mrs. Carol's home! Coffee on the back deck every morning was superb! We cooked almost every night, and the kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated. We look forward to renting this property again!!

Charming home!

My family and I enjoyed a relaxing weekend in Carol's beautiful home! The home is very tastefully decorated and has all the amenities of home (plus a few!) My girls enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the ducks, geese, and turtles in the pond most of all! My husband and I really appreciated how clean and well maintained the property is, and you couldn't ask for nicer people to rent from! Mike was awesome! I have rented a LOT of properties from VRBO and I can't say that I have ever had a better experience! You can't go wrong with this one folks!! We will definitely be back!
