Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and private pool area. This is a private vacation rental reserved exclusively for your group.



CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 3:00 PM (early check-in available for an additional fee, subject to availability)

Check-out: 10:00 AM (late check-out available for an additional fee, subject to availability)

Enjoy a fully contactless self check-in experience. After booking, you will be asked to provide a photo ID, the names and ages of all guests, and complete any required rental documents. Once completed, your electronic door code will be sent prior to arrival.

A vehicle is recommended to fully enjoy Naples and Southwest Florida. Downtown Naples, beaches, golf courses, restaurants, shopping centers, and attractions are all within a short drive

No events are allowed at this property.

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. This applies to overnight stays as well as daytime visitors.

This is an animal-friendly property.



RENTAL AGREEMENT

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement for this property.



COMMUNITY NOTICE

Please note: If this vacation rental is booked within less than 20 days before arrival, certain community amenities may not be available. HOA approval may also be required before final confirmation. We recommend booking in advance whenever possible.



POOL HEATING DISCLAIMER

Pool heating is an optional add-on and requires an additional fee.

The pool will not be heated unless this option is purchased, and if selected, pool heat must be added for all nights of the reservation.

Due to noise and neighborhood regulations, the pool heater operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If outdoor temperatures drop below 65°F, the pool heater may take up to five times longer to heat the pool. While we hope for warm weather, we cannot predict or guarantee weather conditions during your stay, and no refunds are provided due to cold weather.

We will have the heater turned on prior to your stay if you choose to purchase this add-on.

The cost is $60 + tax per day. If you decide to purchase pool heat after arrival, the cost is $100 + tax per day.



ANIMAL FEE DISCLOSURE

We are happy to accommodate up to 2 animals per stay with management approval.

Animal fees start at $25 per animal, per day + tax. Reduced rates may be available for longer stays.

Animals are accepted at the discretion of management. We reserve the right to inquire about size, breed, and other details before approval. Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if necessary.

Guests traveling with service animals should notify us in advance so we can best accommodate their stay.
