Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and private pool area. This is a private vacation rental with only the guest staying at the property.



CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 3:00 PM (early check-in available for an additional fee, subject to availability)

Check-out: 10:00 AM (late check-out available for an additional fee, subject to availability)

**Enjoy a fully contactless self check-in experience. After booking, you will be asked to provide a photo ID, the names and ages of all guests, and to sign an electronic agreement. Once these steps are completed, we will send you an electronic door code approximately 4 days before arrival. There is no need to visit an office or meet anyone in person – simply arrive at the property and use your code to enter.

Many restaurants, shops, and attractions are located nearby. While Vanderbilt Beach and Mercato are just minutes away, we recommend having a vehicle to fully explore Naples and the surrounding area.

No events are allowed at this property.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. This applies to overnight stays as well as daytime visitors.

Animal-Friendly Property



Animal Fee Disclosure:

We are happy to accommodate animals at select properties, with a tiered pricing structure starting at $25 per animal, per day + tax. The fee decreases for longer stays, providing a more affordable option the longer you remain. This add-on fee can be paid after reserving your stay.

Please note that animals are accepted at the discretion of management. If you plan to bring a service animal, please ensure you are booking an animal-friendly property. Some of our third-party property owners may have severe allergies to animals.

This property allows a maximum of 2 animals per stay. Naples Florida Vacation Homes reserves the right to review breed, size, and suitability. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning or damages.



POOL HEATING DISCLAIMER

Pool heating is an optional add-on and requires an additional fee.

The pool will not be heated unless this option is purchased, and if selected, pool heat must be added for all nights of the reservation.

Due to noise and neighborhood regulations, the pool heater operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If outdoor temperatures drop below 65°F, the pool heater may take up to five times longer to heat the pool. While we hope for warm weather, we cannot predict or guarantee weather conditions during your stay, and no refunds are provided due to cold weather.

We will have the heater turned on prior to your stay if you choose to purchase this add-on.

The cost is $60 + tax per day. If you decide to purchase pool heat after arrival, the cost is $100 + tax per day.
