This Cottage flat is in an antique Palazzo has just been refurbished whit frescoes on walls. View over garden, full of light and silence. It has all the amenities, international TV, internet ,washing machine,dishwasher,full equipped kitchen. Doorman for any help you migt need.You have to walk up 19 steps to get to the cottage. Few mins walk to Ponte vecchio and to the Duomo. Restaurants, artisans, green market ,groceries very
close. Extremely well kept and clean.
Payment method:
For long periods before booking contact the property to establish 2 payment installments instead of 1 single payment installment.

The flat is just beautiful. Of course it looks nice in the photographs, but it is even more beautiful in real life. It is very spacious and comfortable. There were four of us staying, my husband and I, and our two young adult daughters, 18 and 20. We were all delighted with the flat, and would happily stay there again. It was lovely to come home in the evening to such a beautiful space. It was warm and the beds were comfortable, everything was perfectly clean. I can happily recommend staying here, we loved it.

This is the second time in a year that I have stayed in Thais cottage with my young adult sons. It could not have been any more perfect for us. Massimiliano is the most welcoming, kind, and helpful doorman. He how above and beyond. The flat is beautiful and comfortable. It is in the best location. I look forward to staying there again. I highly, highly recommend staying here.

Lovely apartment in an ideal location. A island of peace in the bustle of Florence. Responded quickly to our needs. We were taking a course 3 minutes walk away. Our only minor issue was that we all have devices to charge at our bedsides—power bars would make it easier to have a reading light and a charged iPad at the same time

The overall property was pleasingly unique in design and the apt layout appealing. Property location nearby convenience stores, restaurants and a short stroll to the river, train station & city centre.

Stay exceeded expectations!

My 21 year-old son and I stayed for one week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We both felt like we could not have picked a better flat or location. The flat is beautiful, spacious, quiet and clean. An excellent guide book was waiting for us a well as a bottle of wine. The location was the best!! Initially, I was hoping to stay in the center of town but I am so glad we stayed here. It was very conveniently located and the neighborhood feels hip and cool, plus less crowded than other locations that are as close to attractions. Two thumbs up for Massimiliano who greeted us with a helping hand and warm smile.we can not wait to go back and stay again!

Lovely cottage in a wonderful location

Beautiful clean apartment that was perfect for my family of 5! Very Spacious and simple but beautiful decor. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Getting to the apartment from the main train station and check in were stress free thanks to Patricia and Massimiliano. The apartment was very nice. There is a slight opportunity for improvement in the area of housekeeping but that could cultural. We would stay here again.

The apartment is as advertised. Checking in was a bit difficult because the host was not as responsive as others on VRBO. The caretaker of the property was fabulous and very attentive. It seems like this place is mostly a summer rental. We were there in the winter and the first night was very very cold - almost not bare able. We had to complain the next day and they

Amazing cottage!

We stayed here for two weeks while I attended a language school. It’s close enough to walk everywhere (10-15 minutes). It has so much charm and was quiet. The photos really don’t do it justice. We would definitely stay here again. Also, communication was great. Thank you Anna Maria and Massimiliano for an amazing stay in Florence!

fabulous location, beautiful space!

We loved staying here.. close to everything we wanted to do.. it was a little dark.. so more light would help... I was caught off guard by the bedroom with the single bed had a private bath.. and the two bedrooms with double beds shared a bathroom.. but othewise this place was fantastic. We definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Great location and soacious

Five of us stayed here - all over 70. Location was great, spacious apartment. But a few little things were off. Drains in showers were slow. Some lighting flickered and was pretty dim. Kitchen was not stocked - I know that’s an extra but we’d just come from Venice where our apartment had everything we needed. I feel I’m being overly critical, because we would stay here again. The place just needs a little more TLC and oversight. One extra thing - the second bath was off the single bed bedroom so it was hard for the other 4 people to use. Overall the apartment was good ++ and we would stay again.

Florence Hideaway

The property is lovely and very well supplied. The setting in an inner courtyard is lovely and quiet, and we enjoyed the ability to park our rental car onsite. The location in the Oltrarno is wonderful - with great shops and restaurants in almost every block, and yet only a 15 minute walk to the Uffizzi Gallery across the Arno. We very much enjoyed our stay!

A lovely stay in Oltrarno

We stayed in the carriage house at this lovely old villa on our three day stop in Florence. The check-in was easy and flexible - our train was delayed but coordination was easy with the host. Our unit was nicely appointed and clean, and the location was wonderful - close enough to the major sites on the other side of the Arno but not in the thick of things. Highly recommended!

Great Stay in Florence!

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. We cooked in the kitchen and had all that we needed to make a meal. The location was fantastic and within walking distance of so many attractions. We enjoyed hearing church bells all day long. The wifi worked well. There was confusion around the fact we needed a special permit for driving our car into the ZTL zone and had to obtain that at the time of our car rental at FCO airport. Thank goodness the car rental people helped us with that! Also, there was confusion around getting initially into the the courtyard to park. We needed to call the person meeting us before arriving so he could open the doors on the street. We ended up circling a few blocks a couple of times before we could contact him. Afterward, to park the car, we devised a plan where one person stopped traffic in the very small street, another opened the doors and the driver pulled forward, backed into the cross street and then we could enter the courtyard. Dealing with the car was difficult but great for side trips to Rome and Deruta! I would definitely stay here again!

Palace Living

This palace built in 1444 was surreal to live in during our stay in Florence. The neighborhood of Oltrarno is a perfect location as is the apartment. Great ristorantes, marketing and shops right outside the door. White, crisp bed linens. Beds were comfortable. AC worked as needed. Added benefit is the brand new washing machine. Three star on cleanliness- needs a through cleaning to include a good dusting of light fixtures. My bathroom had chunks of gunk left on the floor from sweeping. A second set of towels would be good for longer stays such as ours. The doorman was welcoming and helpful. Parking our car in the courtyard was perfect. Taxi service was quick. I would stay here again.

Just Perfect!

Awesome property! It’s pretty, clean, spacious and feels like home while you’re on vacation. Rather unique property as it’s a coach house setback with a garden surrounding it. Super quiet and very beautiful! Great location! Washer and AC are new and worked well. Grocery store close, shopping close, and lots of historic landmarks within walking distance. Need to walk up cool cobble stone stairs to get to apartment. We loved it!

Incredible location

Wonderful stay, so close to the action but so quiet and secluded. Very responsive and incredibly helpful with our needs while visiting. Would definitely go back again!!
