An exclusive residence of 100 sqm on two floors built with extreme care enhancing the interiors with the intention of only one private use of mine.
Today also at your disposal the apartment is divided into two floors - FIRST floor: enter an entrance-living room where you will find a double sofa bed with bathroom including shower, followed by a main bedroom overlooking the garden with double bed and second bathroom with shower.
SECOND FLOOR a magnificent 50 sqm LOFT with lounge where there is a queen size bed and a beautiful kitchen made in wood by Florentine craftsmen and finished with a Carrara marble top.
On this floor there is a small service bathroom, a closet with washer-dryer where you can store your bags.
The whole apartment is paved in wood finished in oil.
I made everything with particular attention to detail with the help of a studio of Florentine architects.
The location is 10 minutes walk from the train station, and 5 minutes from the Duomo the cathedral and the main shopping streets.
In the area you will find the famous cathedral of San Lorenzo, the 1800's San Lorenzo market where an entire floor dedicated to Florentine culinary specialties has recently been created.
A feature that I love about my apartment is the absolute silence inside it despite being in the center.

This is a 100sqm exclusive residence spread over two floors. It boasts an exquisite design as it was only intended for private use. Now available for rental, it is perfect for those who want to truly enjoy the wonders that only Florence can offer.

The apartment is spread over two floors.
On the first floor you are welcomed by a large reception room with a sofa bed and a bathroom.
Overlooking the garden, a large and quiet master double bedroom with ensuit.
On the second floor a large loft features the living area.
A spacious living room with flat TV, sofa, small double bed, a beautiful wooden kitchen boasting a truly beautiful Carrara marble top, hand crafted by Florentine artisans.
Also, a small bathroom and a laundry room.

The apartment is located in the historical and 'magical' neighborhood of SAN LORENZO, plenty of traditional shops; it is a great place where to start your city tour.
Just minutes away you will find some of the most iconic places in the world: the 'Basilica of San Lorenzo', the 'Medici Chapels', the Church of' San Marco 'and its Museum located inside the Dominican Convent where the works of' Fra Angelico 'are displayed, the' Accademia 'Gallery hosts Michelangelo's works,' Piazza del Duomo 'and the main' Santa Maria del Fiore 'cathedral.

Lots of Italian charm in this home! The host was terrific- always available for questions in a timely way. A great location - a 5-minute walk to local eateries and a 10-minute walk to sites and activities. We would stay here again!

Had 5 nights in Florence and wanted more space than a typical hotel. Paulo was a great host and kept in touch throughout. Very accommodating. Ten minute walk to Duomo and very quiet area. Apartment had plenty of room and 2 full baths, 2 half. Huge kitchen and dining area if you cared to stay in a do meals (but hard to do in Florence) I would def stay there again!!

Beautiful Apartments, Steps from the Market and Train Station

We had an amazing stay. The apartment is decorated beautifully and everything was very clean. Check-in was a breeze, the owner walked us through the entire house to show us how everything worked. The location was fantastic.

Getaway in Florence

We had a wonderful stay in this loft in Florence. The location was perfect for us since we traveled by train and wanted to be near great food and historic sights. We are a family of 5 ages 18-60 and the set up of the loft was good for us, though I wouldnā€™t say the loft has 3 bedrooms, more 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom spaces. Either way it was an amazing experience and we would definitely visit again.

This location was central to everything and the host greeted us and gave us a tour of this home and showed us where everything was and how everything worked. Excellent stay, really nice hosts

We had a wonderful stay in this 2 level apartment. It's spacious, clean and has all amenities that are listed. We were overwhelmed by the niceness and warmth of the hosts - above and beyond. The location is perfect for the Duomo, Uffizi etc. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Perfect stay

We travelled with our children from ages 13-21 and they all said this place was their favorite place to stay among all other places. The split level gave everyone their own space. Great amenities and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for the nights we wanted to stay and cook. We also love the location as it was in the center of everything. Most importantly we felt very safe and relaxed there.

Perfect Florence place to stay

Located a Great area of Florence. The Duomo is only two or three short blocks away. On your way over there the roads are dotted with great restaurants to eat. Once youā€™re at the Duomo you can go to see all the sites. Our host was extraordinarily helpful in more ways than we could even describe. I would absolutely recommend this place. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Amazing location near the train station

The apartment is a short 10-15 minute walk from the train station and bus station. Several nice cafes and restaurants near by. The apartment is very clean and really nice. We loved the large kitchen, even though we didnā€™t food, we did bring back food to eat at the table. We felt very comfortable and safe. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent! Easy walk to the Duomo, Central Market, train station, tour bus terminal, restaurants, shopping, etc. Our host was friendly, and the rooms were very clean. A few things to note are: In Italy the 1st floor is actually equivalent to the 2nd floor in the USA. My husband is handicapped but was able to navigate the flight of stairs to the 1st floor. There was a bedroom and bathroom there so everything worked out fine. We were able to leave his scooter in the hallway on the ground floor. Another note is that 2 of the beds are actually in the open living areas but they were comfortable and worked out fine for us. The kitchen was well equipped and the 2 1/2 bathrooms were perfect. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this Loft for your stay.

Excellent stay

We loved our stay here! Paolo was so welcoming and easily able to accommodate our request of an infant cot / pack and play. The apartment had a beautiful, bright kitchen and was well located to be within walking distance to all of the Florence sights. There were stairs to get up to the apartment and in the apartment themselves which may be an issue for those with mobility issues, but they weren't an issue at all for us with a baby and a stroller. Would recommend!

What a great location. Easy to find public transport and a short walk into the main city area. It was very tidy, clean and quiet. If you don't like stairs then it isn't for you but we didn't find it a great problem.

Good location all three ladies had private and comfortable sleeping quarters. The kitchen was fully stocked with all needed appliances T.V. had netflix We are senior citizens and if this VRBO was comfortable for us it would be more than suitable for other age groups and families. Fun in Florence

From the moment we entered the apartment, I knew our family would enjoy their stay in Florence. Our host, Paolo was amazing. He showed us around the apartment with so much pride. We knew from his introduction to the apartment that he truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. The apartment was decorated beautifully and had all of the amenities for our trip. We were centrally located to our tours and shopping. It was great walking everywhere. If we ever visit Florence again, I know where we're staying!

Great Location; Thoughtful Host; Highly Recommended

From the moment of our booking, the ongoing and effective communications between the host Paolo and the property manager Anastasia were key to our enjoyable stay at the property. This was crucial as we were new to Florence. Besides being helpful with immediate actions before arrival and on site, they also impressed us with their flexibility and accommodation to the changes we made along the way. The location is accessible to many well known sites within walking distance. The close proximity to the train station allowed us to take a one day trip each to Siena and Cinque Terra. The property is very clean and excellent for family and friends who enjoy a home setting while traveling. We will definitely book again if we visit Florence in the future.
