* **Bedroom 2:** Offers another double bed, perfect for accommodating more guests while maintaining privacy and comfort.
* **Bedroom 3:** Features a queen bed, providing a larger and more luxurious space for your rest.

In addition, the house features:

* **Living Room:** A shared space with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing and enjoying time together.
* **Kitchen:** Fully equipped with appliances and utensils to prepare your favorite meals.
* **Bathrooms:** Two full bathrooms and one half bathroom, ensuring comfort for all guests.
* **Balcony/Patio:** An outdoor space to enjoy the Nuevo Vallarta weather.

Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the entire house, including the three private bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and patio or balcony. You'll also be able to enjoy the communal pool. Please respect the common areas and property rules.

From Titan 29 Ceibas, we connect you with transportation options to make your trip as comfortable as possible. Gustavo Díaz Ordaz Airport (PVR) is a short 3.73mi away, accessible by taxi, shuttle services, or private transfers. Aquaventuras Park is a 14-minute walk away, and the Vidanta Complex is 10 minutes away. For local transportation, you'll find taxis, ride-hailing services like Uber and Didi, and public transportation options available. The property also has private parking, allowing you to enjoy your stay without worrying about parking. Explore Nuevo Vallarta and its surroundings with ease, knowing you have convenient transportation options and a secure place for your vehicle, as well as the option to rent a car for added freedom.

●A copy of a valid ID and a signed rental agreement will be required to access the property
●No smoking is allowed inside the property
●Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m., check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
●Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
●We kindly request that guests abide by the property rules. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction and/or fines vary according to these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions. Damaged/lost access cards and/or keys have a fee of $48 USD.
