Fall getaway

Once again we had a fantastic week at 4 nighthawk. Location cant be beat. The house is comfortable,and the fenced yard is perfect for our goldens. The large deck is very nice and the pool is another added perk. Look forward to our next stay.home is comfortable and the fenced yard is perfect

Fall getaway

Very cozy and quiet. Well equipped. Fabulous location. Very close to the beach. Great fenced yard for the dogs. Would definitely go back!

Perfect Location

We visit Hilton Head every summer. We will definitely be staying here again. The location was perfect to the beach. We rode bikes to Coligny Plaza for ice cream and shopping. The pool was perfect - great shade when you have had too much beach sun. It was helpful to have beach chairs and bicycles. The extra refrigerator came in handy for drinks! We loved our stay here.

Great location

Very cute, could use a bit of a makeover but overall fantastic. Meant to leave a note - I don't think coffee pot was working properly.

Great location. Comfortable home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We greatly enjoyed the heated pool, fenced yard, and proximity to the beach! The beds were comfy and there was plenty of extra blankets. The kitchen had lots of cooking pots, pans, utensils etc. Be aware that there's no food items (e.g. salt, pepper, oil) or disposablles (like foil, ziploc bags, etc). A few notes for the house: we had a small bug problem with a few cockroaches in the house (pest control did come while we were there). Also, I'd suggest the property mgt company do some repairs/upgrades on all the doors and gates. The front door doesn't shut properly unless dead bolted, and the gates on the fence are pretty rusted and also require an intentional effort to shut.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and spacious. The location was great . Easy short walk to beach . The bikes provided were appreciated with beautiful bike paths near by. Coligny plaza less than a mile away has great restaurants and shopping . We will definitely be back . Great house and location

Really great location with close proximity to the beach. Pool was great and was very private in the backyard. Only issue with the pool is that it gets dirty very easily due to all of the trees around it. Keeping a pool vacuum at the house would be a bonus so tenants can clean themselves if they wanted to. Pool is only cleaned twice a week, and was dirty when we arrived even though they had it cleaned that day. Air conditioner broke when we were there, but the property manager was able to get someone out that same night and had it fixed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Location of the property was just what our family was looking for. The AC unit on the other hand could not keep up and a technician had to come out bc one day it was 90 in the house. turns our the air filter looked like it had not been changed in 6+ mths. the Ac still had a hard time keeping the house cool. The house could of been cleaner. dust bunnies on the ceiling in the rooms. dust and hair on the walls. it was just not the cleanest place we have stayed.

The property is in a great location. Other than that there were a few issues. The front door wouldn’t latch and stay closed unless you locked the deadbolt. The a/c wasn't the best. The lowest temperature available was 76. Some days it got up to 83 in the house, even when the temperature was in the upper 80s outside. The air handler seemed weak and not circulating enough air. The oven did not work. There was a bad igniter that was supposed to be replaced 5 days into our stay. It never got fixed. Ants. Ants everywhere outside. If you sit out by the pool they will be all over you.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location. My 5th year of renting on the Island. However, the house needs updating badly. Old bathrooms. Not as clean as it should have been. Area rug in living area was off white and loaded with stains. An easy fix. Sofa and pillows pretty shot. Loved the layout. Pool good but again, deck not maintained.
