Nestled in the heart of Sea Pines Resort, this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa at Plantation Club offers a prime location midway between Harbour Town and the Sea Pines Beach Club, two of Hilton Head’s most beloved attractions. With one king bed and two full-size beds, the villa provides comfortable accommodations for families, friends, or small groups seeking a relaxing island getaway.

Step onto the beautiful balcony and enjoy serene views of hole 9 on the Atlantic Dunes golf course. Inside, the modern kitchen features granite countertops, new cabinets, and a well-stocked supply of utensils and cookware, while tiled floors make cleanup effortless. The entryway and dining areas showcase composite hardwood flooring, adding a touch of elegance, and plush carpeting in the living room and bedrooms ensures warmth and comfort. The living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, and each bedroom also includes its own flat-screen TV, providing entertainment for every guest.

For outdoor exploration, the villa includes two complimentary adult bicycles from South Beach Bike Rentals, perfect for enjoying Sea Pines’ scenic trails. A car pass is also included for convenient access throughout the resort. Plantation Club offers a welcoming community atmosphere with two pools open from April through October, ideal for relaxation and recreation.

Great location

Great location and property management was high quality. The condo smelled musty and the lights did not function well in all rooms.

Enjoyable but not amazing

Our stay was great. The location was nice and we enjoyed everything. However the beds were uncomfortable.

Beautiful and spacious condo

This condo is lovely with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation! It is decorated so beautifully. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. There’s so much room for a big family such as ours. Three teenagers and two adults. I’d recommend this listing to anyone looking for a place to stay on Hilton Head Island!

Loved the room. Clean, plenty of room.

Only problem was were had to pay $8.00 per day to enter and leave the place. We werent given any pass in and out. Other than that it was beautiful and we had a great time.

We did not use the bikes provided but ordered our own. We never could figure out how to turn on the tv, but it may have been user error. Highly recommend this place to stay!

Very nice property

Bathroom in king room is very small. Some of the Drawers in kitchen were very difficult to open and close. Dishwasher door was hard to keep closed. The unit was ok but dated. Either the water heater or air conditioner located near the washer and dry was extremely loud. . The location was great and the unit was clean.

Building noise from air conditioning units

Loud noise from central air conditioning units ( located by the stairwell ) was extremely loud I felt like was at a jet engine testing facility. Keep us awake a night. I am surprised this unit was listed for rent We have stayed in Hilton Head well 25 times in the past 30 years and never had an unpleasant experience until this past visit

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I brought my daughters for a 5 day stay. The location is great! We love Hilton Head. This property needs some attention. There is an overall musty smell in the condo. The master bathroom toilet/shower area is very smelly. The master bedroom has a strong smell, too. The carpet needs to be removed from the master.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 473 Plantation Club was a great spot for our family of 5 to vacation for the week. We love the proximity to the beach club and the easy bike ride to Sea Pines Shopping Center. The unit was clean and somewhat updated. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great the entire stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the washer and dryer worked great. The only criticism I have for the unit is that it’s in desperate need of a dehumidifier. The musty smell was a lot to take in for the week. We found ourselves having to crack windows and the sliding door to get fresh air into the unit.

Reviewer Comments: Plantation Club Villas are in an excellent location- love it and Island Rentals- we’ve been using them for many years- very satisfied. Mgr. Is always helpful. We probably won’t stay in #473 again, however, for a few reasons:1) Other PC villas have a better view of the golf course2) Many of the furnishings in 473 need some updating ( vinyl lounge chair is Very Squeaky when feet are up, edge of bedspread was held together with safety pins, need better lighting in the kitchen/ under the cabinets perhaps)3) #473 is on 3rd floor- need to make sure elevator works before you move in - it was broken when we arrived so had to call maintenance to assist- had to walk heavy luggage up the stairs Otherwise, we were comfortable staying here: kitchen is well equipped, good tv, equipment for the beach, puzzles in the closet

Great location, nice rental

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this unit. It had a nice view off the back and great access to walk onto the course. Our bike ride to the beach took only 5 minutes and was very easy. We loved how central this was to everything in Sea Pines. A few things to mention: *The parking pass they give for Sea Pines does not allow parking at the beach location lots. There was no mention of this in the rental info, so this was a frustrating discovery when we showed up at the Beach Club ready for a day at the beach. We were able to adjust and pare down our beach gear so that we could bike back and forth. If someone has little kids, this could be an inconvenience. We did discover that there is a shuttle pickup at the condo parking lot. *The unit does smell musty as previously mentioned. Though it was very clean, this was a bit off putting. I would suggest investing in a dehumidifying system for the unit. The master bathroom could also use updating: it's a very tight space and the shower doors don't close all the way Overall, we would rent her again!

Perfect location at Plantation Club

Reviewer Comments: This is our 6th time to stay in Plantation Club villas- all have been great in either condos or 2 story villas. 473 Plantation Club has a more “ remote” outdoor porth” as it’s set back and to the side of the building but it was still very enjoyable and had better shade even though the golf course fairway was harder to view. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal, with the ocean a 1/2 mile away and The Beach Club and Sea Pines Center very close. Kitchen appliances were adequate. The dishwasher needs to be updated: seems old and the door latch is weak. Also would have liked a refrigerator that had an ice machine and fresh water. Otherwise, we loved it, and are staying there again next spring.

Elevator made it easy to get to 4th floor unit. Furniture is dated and one recliner would not keep foot elevated. Reported to staff and no change after their visit while we were out. and carpet in bedrooms needs to be replaced. Small balcony overlooking golf course was ok. Unit needs a little TLC. Lots of towels supplied. Didn’t use bikes as they were covered with green droppings from nearby trees.

Furnishings are great. Quiet location, great beds, bathrooms and kitchens. The newer vinyl flooring is on the low quality end with a couple of spots where the installers went right over something peppercorn size. Kitchen could use a few pot holders and scrubby pads. There was a leak under the sink that Island Rentals had fixed asap that morning for us. The unit was good value for the money!

Great for the price

Great location in Sea Pines; two free bikes. Not updated, but still overall works for a family vacation with kids. Had issues with the cleaning company not cleaning thoroughly, and the property managers were incredible to solve the problem asap, and offer compensation.

473 Lighthouse Rd

Guest bathroom had very loose faucet, water valve, and shower head. TV remote batteries were dead. TV had closed caption on and could not turn off, very annoying. Nice location, but unit not in the best condition.
