Virtually everything here is brand new, including the modern, well-equipped kitchen complete with a farmhouse sink, Keurig and a regular coffee maker, new cabinets, granite counters, a filtered hot and cold water dispenser, backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, and dimmers. The entire villa has been freshly painted & there is new carpet and tile throughout. Pool open April through September - no hot tub.

The main level offers a cozy living area ideal for entertaining, a large flatscreen TV, a sunny dining area with seating for six, a breakfast bar with additional seating, a small workstation, a half-bath, and a full-size washer/dryer.
