Our house is located in the desirable 500 block of Naples Park and is an easy walk 10-12 minute walk to beautiful Vanderbilt beach and The Ritz Carlton. The house is very close to Mercato (restaurants/shopping), and everything Naples has to offer. It is a 3/2 heated pool home with a screened in lanai. Perfect for couples, families, solo travelers, business travelers, and furry small dogs. All linens and towels included. Fully stocked kitchen for entertaining. Cable/WiFi, beach items. Master bedroom has a king bed and attached full bath. The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds. Central AC and laundry area. Linens and towels recently updated. Kitchen well appointed. New dishwasher and garbage disposal recently added. Wifi/Internet/Surround Sound. 2 beach bikes in garage. Bike rentals close by - Downtown 5th Ave. less than 8 miles away. Beautiful beach a short walk with beach chairs and beach cart available in garage. Pool Service comes once a week to care for pool. Too many restaurants to list. Welcome notebook provided in house. Master bedroom has a king bed and private luxurious bathroom. Two other bedrooms have queen beds. Second bathroom beautifully remodeled. Kitchen has granite and stainless appliances. New dishes/glassware, etc. Screened in Lanai, beautiful heated pool and outdoor lounge chairs provided.

Our stay at was absolutely perfect and truly deserves a 5-star rating. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and thoughtful amenities. The private pool, and living area were even better than the photos.The hosts, were incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, offering a perfect blend of peaceful relaxation and easy access to local beach.This VRBO provided the perfect backdrop for our vacation, and we can't wait to return. Just perfect!

The house was perfect. The location was perfect. The pool was perfect. The linens were all fantastic and believe me we are snobs. I would stay here again and again and again. We travel to Naples very frequently to visit family and I would arrange my dates so they coincide with this houses availability. The hosts were extremely responsive (we didn’t experience any issues, we just had a question or 2). Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful experience.

True paradise house with everything you could imagine

We had a fantastic stay; the house is a true paradise with everything you could ever need, and it is conveniently placed just a short walk from the Vanderbilt Beach. The house with a private pool, lanai, and covered patio - is simply lovely. Debbie and Gregory, the owners, were always responsive and helpful, they gave us a lot of good suggestions. We had a warm welcome and a smooth checkout. Definitely a place we recommend!

Great location and home

Everything about the house was fantastic. We stay in Naples Park every year when we visit. We loved the location. The house was clean and there was great communication with the owners. The one item we would suggest is updating pictures, a cage has been added which is great for bugs, etc. but it does cut into the sun you get. We were slightly disappointed (primarily because we weren't expecting it) but still give the house 5 stars. It was really nice to have kids toys, pack n play, etc. for our two year. There were also ample pool toys for him to enjoy. Beds were comfortable as well. We would stay here again if available.

Great location....quiet neighborhood!

We loved our stay! The location was great for walking or driving to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The pool is lovely...very private with the landscaping. The owners were wonderful...they answered questions quickly and were very helpful! I recommend this house for a nice get away!

Amazing Week

My husband and our three kids (9,7 and 5) stayed here for the week, and had an amazing time! The house was very clean, the kids loved the pool, and the owners were great. We loved the proximity to the beach, and walked there almost daily with the children. We can’t wait to return!

Quick getaway to the beach

I had been to Naples before, but my husband had never been. This is mainly a trip to help out our daughter who has three children and we decided to take the two youngest for a week of their Christmas break. We knew they love the water and they love pools, so that was a big hit overall The home was well appointed, including many toys and puzzles chairs for the beach. We made use of the washer and dryer, which really came in handy. The home was a short walk away to the beach, but because the kids were so young we often drove, which was only $10 for parking , there were many close activities close by and we highly recommend going on a boat to see the manatees as well as the dolphins which you can do from Marco Island On the beach we really enjoyed picking up many shells, and on my early morning walks I often saw dolphins swimming by. There was also beach yoga which I participated in twice. Anytime I reached out to the hosts of this beautiful home they got back to me immediately I can’t recommend this place enough and the people who own it *****

Quick Trip

House was clean and had a nice pool. Close to beach but not quite walking distance especially with a family. It’s a good thing there’s a public garage about one block from the beach entrance. The area was beautiful but a bit pricey. Went out for Cuban food which is normally inexpensive and spent over $200.

A great place to stay! Perfect house and location.

The house was fantastic and we loved the location. Close enough to walk to the beach, ride bikes around the quiet neighborhood and a short drive to great restaurants and the grocery. The house was extremely clean, provided everything we needed from a supplies perspective and more. From bikes to extra beach towels and all of the kitchen amenities. We loved having a pool to cool off in and really enjoyed the surrounding tropical vibe of the back yard. Check in was a breeze and communication with the property owners was spot on. 5 stars all around!

Perfect for a family!

Our family of 6 adults, along with a newborn baby, enjoyed family time on the screened in porch and and as we lounged by the salt water pool! The close walk to the beach allowed us to stay for a short time or a long afternoon. The bikes were awesome for a quick ride to the beach. The house had everything we needed and more. The beds are so comfortable and everything is so well kept and clean! The owners were so pleasant and gracious to deal with!

A Gem

This is a welcoming home, beautifully furnished and well appointed. The salt water pool sits in a well lit tropical setting. The interior is comfortable and made us feel at home immediately . Very clean. Loved this place. The owners were responsive and very friendly.

Great place, great location. Quite neighborhood with easy access/walking to beach/shops and restaurants. Enjoyed screened in porch and outside heated pool. Pool area was fabulous as surrounded by palm trees for privacy.

We are excited to share our new home with our guests. We are avid travelers and have appointed our home in the manner we are accustomed to when traveling. We are dog lovers and own two small dogs and welcome small dogs to the property. The yard is fenced and the neighborhood is dog and child friendly.

Our Vandy Retreat is a WALK to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach - white, fluffy sand and calm waters. Mercato is a two minute drive with tons of fantastic restaurants and live entertainment. 5th Avenue is only 8 miles away. The neighborhood is quiet and extremely family friendly.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We fell in love with our home due to its extremely close proximity to Vanderbilt Beach ( a walk ) a short drive to tons of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, gyms, library, bike rentals, marina, etc. We are only 20 minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport and only a 1.5 hour drive to Miami and Ft. Lauderdale !
