Beautiful Villa close to downtown San Juan. I would highly recommend this property if you have a larger group like we did. Plenty of accommodating beds and to hang out and relax. The backyard is beautiful with a pool and a hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home

Jean met us at the house and gave us a tour and told us about the local area which was extremely helpful during our 4 day stay. The home was perfect for our group of 9 men. Plenty of space and having restaurants within a blocks walk was great and the beach was close as well. Outside the home had plenty of space for us to sit around and talk or have quiet time alone. I recommend this home to any one looking for a safe, clean and well maintained lodging.

Misleading

The house was as advertised as far as the amount of rooms. One of the rooms A/C did not work at all the other rooms A/C leaked water Allanā€™s totally soaked the below it. It rained so the entire back yard flooded and did not drain once the rain stopped ( the drainage issues needs addressing, front door does not lock. There are padlocks on the bars creating a death trap if there is a fire or other emergency. Outside property wasnā€™t cleaned up of debris ( leaves &twigs)

Disappointing

I stayed with 13 friends and for the price that was paid the stay was disappointing. Overall the house needs some work which is not apparent in the pictures, add to this issues with water pressure and no hot water and it doesn't make for the best stay. The Good: The location is great and the house is big enough to comfortably host 13-15 people. The bad: The house needs some work, things like lamps and door handles are worn down or do not work. Some bathrooms only had 1 working lightbulb. Not a huge deal but for the price you pay, more is expected. Closets could use a cleaning too. However, the main issue was the water pressure. The water worked fine for the 1st day of a 5-day stay. After this, we had issues with water pressure so low you couldn't take a shower. We also lost water for a few hours. The owner did send out people to fix it but the issues persisted throughout the stay. Aside from this, one of the bathrooms never had hot water throughout the stay. The house could be great if upkeep was better and water issues were resolved. I would not stay there again.

Thanksgiving in Puerto Rico

This house was beautifully located in city San Juan, within walking to restaurants, beaches, and stores. In addition, the house itself was amazing! The most comfortable beds I have ever seen in a rental home, and the kitchen seemed newly redone! Everyone vied for the shower with a rain forest spigot, and we had several dinners in the outside patio (with a huge table!). Security was important to the owners, and we made certain to lock the gates whenever we left (and secure the padlocks). The house easily accommodated our family of 11, and the amenities were just as advertised. Linens/towels were plentiful, and with 5 bathrooms there was never waiting! Pablo was always available, and prompt with answers to questions. A beautiful house, and a tremendous vacation!! Many thanks.

Our stay was fantastic. The house accommodated all of our needs. The location was great and a reasonable close walk to the beach, with plenty of food options along the way. The hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend.

I came with 11 of my friends for a 4 day stay. The property was stunning and the property managers were quick to reply with any inquiries we had. Our trip was enhanced greatly by staying at this property. Full 5 stars in every category. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay - exceeded expectations

The property matches the pictures on the listing exactly. I am originally from PR so I was amazed that there was such a spacious house at such a great location, literally a block away from attractions. We had 17 people and all fit comfortably. We also had 4 cars, including 1 large SUV, which all fit in the garage. The check-in process was great, the property managers sent a lot of videos explaining everything within the house. They were also very responsive; we had a minor leak one morning, fixed within an hour. Overall we had no complaints. I've seen other reviews complain about the cleanliness of the backyard but there wasn't anything beyond a couple of leaves in the pool every morning from all the surrounding plants, very easy to clean. I don't know that I'll have a 17 person trip to PR again anytime soon but if I did, I know where I'd want to stay!

Pros: Great location if you are looking for a house near night life and plenty of bars/restaurants! Great spot for bachelor parties or big birthday celebrations. House was clean and exactly as described. Even though it's a great night life area the area is very quiet and safe at all times. We were a party of 13 adults and there was ample room for us all and honestly could have had a couple more comfortably. The backyard area is unbeatable, pool and Jacuzzi were phenomenal! Plenty of seating, great BBQ, and extremely relaxing for those that rather stay in the house. Cons: **I want to start off by saying none of these things were a big deal for our party so still got 5 stars from us but may be big deal to other so in the interest of transparency here it goes.** House is a bit dated and could use some upgrades even in simple things like TVs. There was some damage in the house such as a hole in downstairs room door and inside closet I noticed alot of cables exposed. Biggest issue which is a bit of a hazard and needs to be addressed asap was the covered patio entry which was broken and luckily no one was hurt when we tried to open it and the bars from the gate came down on us. If anyone was standing under that area they would have been injured by metal bars almost for sure. Overall this is a great house and would definitely look to stay in it again specially for the price if we are ever in town again with a large group. Highly recommend it for anyone that doesn't really care about the few things I mentioned in the cons area.

Nice accomodations and spacious

We traveled as a group of 11 ranging from 13- 70+ spanning 3 generation. The location was extremely great and we walked a lot of places. The taqueria place on the corner was perfect for late-night quick meals. The strip at Candodo is a short 10 minute walk as well as the beach. We felt safe, but there is a park up the street that also serves as a police headquarters. We chose to walk the 15 minutes to LA Placita and was a little "less easy" of a trek. The house itself was maintained well and clean. The outdoor area feels luscious and was where the teenagers and adults spent any extra free time. The house manager, Pablo, was available to answer any questions we had.

Great location, beautiful grounds

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house - we were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub area were beautiful and very well kept. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The house was clean. We also loved the location - easy to walk to local restaurants and the beach.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great to have AC in each space/room. Host was very attentive to any needs we had. great location for night life and beach time!

This house is nicely situated in Condado on a quiet street, a 5 minute walk to all the day/night life on the strip and the beach, and a lagoon preservation area offering multi watersport rentals available from independent vendors. We were a family of 12, stayed 9 days. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were immediately corrected. Only recommendation for the property it that it needs some TLC, the house could use a deep cleaning, new window shades, new linens, cosmetic repairs to bathroom(s) shower tiles/glass wall, the backyard area could use some tidying (cluttered storage areas visible), outdoor landscaping and pool is a great complement to the property ambiance, although it may need an upgraded filtration system, outdoor grilling area cleaned up, tidy up the laundry room area. I'd remove half of the outdoor table seating by the pool to free up some space. We enjoyed our visit!

HORRIBLE, DIRTY, FALSE ADVERTISING

The property itself was filthy, dead roach in fridge, hair, stained sofas, old dirty comforters, dangerous neiborhood, cats everywhere, pool filthy and locked, could not access, we got 100% refund, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, it was awful, we left same night went to hotel, family trip 17 planned a year out, this was a PURE DUMP TO SAY THE LEAST!!

Great Location. Beautiful Home. Good customer service.

This house is nicely situated in Condado on a quiet street, but just a 5 minute walk to all the night life on the strip and near the beach. Home is huge with more than enough space to spread out. 11 of us stayed in the house on a 5 day girls trip. We had a couple of maintenance issues and the TVs wouldnā€™t connect. They sent someone over someone quickly. The guy was recovering from knee surgery and still took care of us with such patience. Also, they were extremely accommodating on our first day, a few workers were there when we arrived early and they let us drop our bags. On our last day they let us check out late since they didnā€™t have anyone checking in that day. Only recommendations here are that the house could use a deep cleaning and new linens with people in and out, dirt and dust build up. Overall the house was clean though. Also the backyard area and pool could definitely be cleaned and the pool may need an upgraded filtration system, but it was beautiful out there nonetheless. If you are looking at this house, pull the trigger!!

BEAUTIFUL BUT ROACHES.

This stay was beautiful and the linen was fresh however, by night 2 I saw a roach in the dining room and then 2 in the kitchen . The last day we found at huge roach In the bathroom shower and we took a picture of of it in disbelief . If you want to use the backyard just know that youā€™ll be cleaning it everyday.

Amazing home! Didn't want to leave

I fell in love with this house as soon as I saw the listing. Naturally, I figured it couldn't be that great in person. It was wonderful! We had a group of 10 celebrating 40th birthdays, and it was perfection. The home is beautiful (seems historic?) and the backyard is an oasis - gorgeous plants and trees, a lovely pool with waterfall. Plenty of seating and lighting. The bedrooms are ample and lovely and the kitchen and dining/lounging areas were perfect. (In case you are like me and couldn't tell from the listing, there are only two bedroom areas that share common space - the King and two singles; and a queen and two doubles. These share walk-through areas and bathrooms, but weren't a problem for us.) Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking breakfasts. They also have a large cooler we took to the beach. We didn't want to leave! We had a very random bee issue while we were there and Karen handled it responsively and to the best of anyone's ability. We hired Chef William through Adan (he manages the rental company's concierge services related to this location), and it was an absolutely wonderful experience having a dinner catered at the house. The appetizers in particular were crazy good. It was great to have an outdoor bar. We didn't want for anything in this house. This house is in such a great location. It was my 2nd trip to the island, and this is walkable to the playita, Condado beach, restaurants, so close to easy stores like CVS and liquor stores, and a quick Uber to Old San Juan and the Super Max grocery store. (About 30 minutes to Costco. PS - you don't need that much TP! Go with a regular size package for a week stay.) I read other reviews that complained about noise issues with neighbors - we never had that problem. We never even saw any neighbors. In fact, a nearby street is apparently a super popular strip for loud car music and outdoor karaoke on Friday nights (and only Friday for some reason?) so if anything, the traffic was much louder than us. Notable, but not very distracting unless you're outside - the walls are so thick in this house!

Wifeā€™s 30th birthday vacation with 14 friends. 16ppl total

We stayed 6/2/22. So the property was what is portrayed in pictures but not quite 100%. I want to start with what I liked. Location was amazing, stores, restaurants, & airport all within 10-15 minutes away. Communication with host Karen was excellent. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. The grilled was an amazing addition for our last night we grilled burgers and hot dogs saving money on eating out with such a large group. Bathrooms were very nice. Each one seemed very modern and fancy. We loved it. Parking was phenomenal, even with only 3 rental cars we were most certain we could have fit 4 if weed needed to. Here are a few things we didnā€™t know that wouldā€™ve been helpful. The chef we booked got canceled. The refund process is about 7-8 days(thatā€™s including the weekend). However the Gentleman who handles that named Adan did make up for it by chauffeuring us to a local restaurant that was really nice with amazing prices, only issue was we had to pay for food ourselves without having been refunded our money yet. He said this was the first time this happened to him so I still recommend booking the chef, Adan is not the property manager. Some rooms can only be reached by walking through other rooms or in some cases walking through a shared bathroom. The pool area and back yard area have a much better appearance online than they do in person. There will be many things floating in the pool such as plant leaves or branches due to the large trees hanging overhead. The outside cushions as well as some select furniture throughout the home could be updated as it appears to have old stains on it. This however did not steer us away from using it but it is an eyesore. Also the washing machine has rust and appears to be old, if Iā€™m looking to clean clothes I donā€™t want to use a machine that already looks filthy. There is however an additional one just past the door leading to outside. I didnā€™t try that one but it seemed more cleanly. Not all TVs work, the main one downstairs does though which I felt was most important. We werenā€™t inside too much anyway. Certain things look a little outdated and the refrigerator leaked from the bottom and we couldnā€™t figure out why so we simply laid towels down and left them there exchanging them from time to time. The pull out couches had sand on them, which was no big deal we cleaned them off and laid down our own sheets for people who wanted to sleep on them but that is something the host should watch for when hiring cleaners.

Was not impressed

The pictures are very deceiving. I had a party of 17 and everyone was complaining about something being wrong in their room..The area around the pool was a absolute mess..my guest didn't even want to eat outside in the back yard for dinner because it was was so trashy. The pool itself was ok if you are ok with swimming with a bunch of leaves because it's surrounded around alot of trees and plants..This wasn't a big deal for me..It looked like the backyard wasn't cared for in months..
