One spacious bedroom offers a luxurious king bed, providing a serene retreat. The other two welcoming bedrooms each feature a cozy queen bed, ensuring ample and comfortable sleeping spaces for all guests to relax and unwind after a day of adventures.

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
Step inside and discover an inviting, open-concept living area designed for connection and relaxation. The spacious layout seamlessly blends comfortable lounging with a dedicated entertainment zone featuring a Sharp Smart TV with Roku, perfect for family movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

Adjacent to this comfortable hub, you'll find a chef-friendly kitchen that's truly the heart of the home. ★ HOUSE RULES & OTHER POLICIES ★

PETS
We warmly welcome 1 dog up to 40 pounds to join your stay! There is a $75 fee per dog. If you're bringing more than one, please let us know in advance. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you bring waste bags and clean up after your pets, helping us keep the property in great shape for all guests.

PARKING
For parking at the Grove Road Home, you'll have 3 available parking spaces on the paved driveway, with convenient access to the garage for your use.

SECURITY FEATURES
Ensuring your peace of mind, the home is equipped with essential safety measures including smoke alarms in each bedroom, carbon monoxide alarms in the hall and by the garage, and clearly marked emergency exits from the front, rear, and garage. A convenient first aid kit is also available on site.

The Grove Road Home is nestled in a peaceful, natural setting on 5 private acres, offering a sense of quiet seclusion. Despite its serene country charm, you're just minutes away from the heart of Baileys Harbor, providing easy access to its charming shops, restaurants, marina, and popular Door County attractions.

RV, CAMPER, & TRAILER POLICY
To ensure the best experience for all guests, please note that RVs, campers, trailers, and motorhomes are not permitted on the property. Our home and amenities are designed exclusively for guest stays within the house, and the property is not equipped to accommodate these types of vehicles. We kindly ask that guests make proper lodging arrangements prior to arrival. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

SECURE PAYMENT & GUEST VERIFICATION
We’re committed to providing a smooth, secure, and trusted experience for all of our guests. To help ensure that, we require a quick verification process after booking. This includes signing a rental agreement and uploading a valid photo ID through our secure guest portal.

If the person booking is not the cardholder, we may also request a brief credit card authorization form and a selfie for confirmation. These simple steps help protect your reservation, prevent fraud, and ensure your funds are safe.

We do this to create a safe, respectful environment - for you and for all future guests. It’s a straightforward process, and it helps us continue hosting the kind of great people this home was designed for.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of the total booking amount. If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests, subject to availability and applicable fees.

CLEANING FEE
Our cleaning fee is designed to ensure transparency and support our dedicated cleaning team, who are compensated with living wages to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout your stay. This fee also includes a unique damage protection policy, providing peace of mind during your visit. It’s not a profit-driven charge, but one that helps maintain the quality of your experience. Guests often praise our attention to cleanliness, and we’re committed to making sure every detail of your stay is perfect. We're always available to promptly address any concerns, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your time in our home.
