CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of cancellation, deposits are refundable when notice of cancellation is given 30 days prior to arrival date. If notice is given within 30 days of arrival date, deposit is only refundable if rental is re-rented for the same time period. In any case, $100.00 handling fee will be deducted from the rental deposit.
