Twin beds in guest room, third bedroom is used as a den/office with a day bed and the guest bathroom has a tub/ shower combination. Indoor washer and dryer in utility room. Kitchen has a breakfast bar has seats for 3. Dining room has seats for 4. Flat top cook stove with oven. Enclosed lanai with a table to enjoy the weather or a meal at. Nice backyard with mature landscaping. Also has a screened front porch with seating and a screen on the garage door. This home is really nice and very comfortable, just waiting for you to visit. Remax was great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I literally have no complaints about renting this house. The pictures were exactly how it was. Played golf 4 days a week for the last 7 months. The dishwasher did break, but there was a new one the next day. I like the rental contract. Everything was spelled out as to what is expected by both parties. I would have rented again but I liked it so much here that I bought a house.

Ants, palmeto roaches, overgrown, overpriced

House was located in a great area but advertisements was over priced for house condition and listing pics were deceptive. Lister was real estate that was allegedly a “Premier Host.” House had ant problems, palmetto roaches first 3 days, all bushes/trees over grown to roofline of the house, floors left our floors black. For a VRBO listing this was unacceptable and listing the Host as, “Premier” was a joke! STAY AWAY from!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my 4th winter in The Villages and each year was better than the year before. I’ve signed a long term lease for 19-20 and even though it’s only June I’m already looking forward to returning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was very nice, except there were ants in kitchen and bathroom, and the kitchen faucet leaked, we called the rental agent and she was on top of it, took care of it. When we arrived at the rental property, the kitchen and bathroom floors did not look like they were cleaned in quite a while. Our rental agent Dena Manning was very attentive to all of our needs, very professional I will contact her again for our future rental requests.
