Welcome to Tarpon Tides Cottage! This cute, cottage is located just a mere 3-minute walking distance to the historical Sponge Docks in Tarpon Springs. We thoughtfully designed the interior of this cottage for both comfort and convenience. Enjoy these standout features: blackout curtains and Roku Smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room, coffee bar with to-go mugs located inside of the spacious pantry, fully equipped kitchen, magnifying light up make-up mirrors, board games, outside propane Weber Grill, a relaxing covered front porch with ceiling fans to enjoy watching the sunsets and a covered parking spot.
Want to explore historic downtown Tarpon Springs? We got you covered! Downtown is an easy 15 minute walk to great coffee, food, breweries, shops and ice cream! The house is very comfortable with a great walkable location. Lots of really good restaurants close by. Kevin and Dana are very attentive hosts, quick to respond when needed. We had a great time in Tarpon Springs and look forward to future visits.

The hosts were so amazing! This house is PERFECT! If I could give 10 stars I would! Beautiful decor, comfy beds. So clean! Excellent location to the Sponge Docks and Spring Bayou (the manatees!!). You must go to National Bakery (5 min walk!).

Loved the house ….. location, location, location. Quick walk to Hellas Bakery, Sponge Docks and Spring Bayou for manatee sightings.Hosts provide a beautiful coffee bar and a well furnished home. Front porch is so inviting but weather was unseasonably cool so we were unable to sit and enjoy that amenity. Beautiful community to enjoy - hope to visit again!

This house was immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with all the final touches. It included all the essentials and comforts needed plus many more. The front porch was our favorite place to sit with our morning coffee or a drink in the evening.The hosts were fantastic and responded immediately with every request. If we could give rate the hosts and the house higher than the five stars, I would. We’ve already recommended this place to family and friends and plan on returning very soon. In our opinion, it’s the only place to stay in Tarpon Springs.

This was by far the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The house had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The house is beautiful had looked brand new. It was stocked with many bath towels and wash clothes, which is typically lacking in our other rentals. They had lit make up mirrors in all of the bathrooms which really made it feel like home. The location was perfect and walking distance to so many places in Tarpon Springs. We will definitely be back!

We had the best vacation, the house is beautiful and was in the best location. The Host reached out to check on us several times. Beds were comfortable, house was spotless, and they had a big variety of board games and cards. We walked down to the sponge docks a few times (mostly to visit the bakery) and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. If you are looking for the perfect location and a fabulous house dont pass this one up.

First off the house was immaculate. The decor was charming and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds very comfortable. Dana and Kevin went above and beyond. They replied to my questions almost immediately it seemed. So centrally located we only used our car once for food shopping and visiting the beach. The restaurants, piers, and retail shops were all within walking distance, as well as the Greek Orthodox Epiphany celebration. Will definitely stay there again.

Impeccably updated and maintained home in a quiet walkable district of historic Tarpon Springs. Home and amenities were A, so many nice touches and elements to make you feel welcome. Beds and rooms were very comfortable, and everything seems brand new. Loved enjoying the morning with a coffee on the front porch. Easy stroll to the heart of town and the sponge docks. Great communication with the owner who was super helpful. Highly recommend and will book an extended stay soon.

Everything needed plus. Kitchen was supplied with everything. Dishes, towels, Insta pot, tea, pot, coffee machine. Also, they surprised us with some treats that were local from Tarpon Springs. Extra toilet paper, PT and trash liners. All the towels were brand new. Everything was impeccable. Dana and Kevin went above and beyond with 222 Hope St.,Tarpon Springs.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful well-appointed, clean property. We LOVED the home. Downtown is an easy walk straight down the street. We will definitely be staying here for our next visit to Tarpon Springs!
