Great stay

Great location in easy walking distance of the Sponge Docks area and several good restaurants, bakeries, ice cream, and shops. The house is lovely, very clean and has most things one would need to cook, etc

Great location! 2 blocks from the sponge docks! Best stocked rental ever! We were 3 couples and we all had space, played cards, just hung out! Hopefully we will be back!

House on Hope Street

Everything was wonderful!!! House was stocked very well with anything we needed!! John may have been the best host of any of our stays anywhere!! Location was great and near many things to do or see. We would definitely rent again!!!

Best week ever

We had a great time and loved the house. It was just as the pictures showed. The neighborhood was quite. We would love to stay again. The owner was easy to deal with. I have already told my friends they need to book!!

Absolute Sublime Paradise

I grew up in Tarpon Springs back in the 1980s. A lot has changed since then, but the charm remains. I knew this house way back in the day and it has since been updated and it is incredible!! I can't describe it anymore other than perfect!

Perfect Home to Experience the Charm of Tarpon Springs

The home was absolutely perfect for our family gathering, which is adjacent to the renown Greek Sponge Docks. We could walk daily for shopping and restaurants and join in with the activities of the Greek culture. The house has the perfect layout for entertaining and has a well equipped kitchen. We loved the back porch with a view of the marina and what a nice surprise to hear music from the adjacent restaurant. The house is accessible for easy entry and utilizing a walker and had a walk in shower for my 95 year old Mother. The home was a blessing for our entire family to stop in for a visit or dinner. The host (John) was always available for any questions and I have to say our stay exceeded our expectations!Anyone booking a stay will love it!

The home is even better than what was shown in pictures.

We had a great week staying in this beautiful home with our family of 6. It was a week of sunshine, fishing, shopping, sightseeing & visiting with family in Tarpon Springs. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. There are a couple of big grocery stores about 5-7 minutes away by car. Our favorite restaurant is Mr. Souvlaki and our favorite bakery is the National Bakery. The location of the home was very quiet even with the Sponge Docks being a block away. We would love to come back for vacation next year and stay at this beautiful home again.

Fantastic home! Great location!

The pictures of John’s home were very good and quite accurate, but yet being there for real we discovered it to be even better than pictured! We loved the spaces, the furnishings, and the decor and character both indoors and out. The house was equipped with everything we needed, and we were especially thankful for his supplying the brand new crockpot and drip coffeemaker which we had hoped to use! The location was fantastic!!! We could walk to the Spring Bayou to see the manatees and dolphins, or to shop at the many gift shops, or to go to restaurants, coffee shops, or bakeries. We even walked a mile and a half to church one Sunday! We learned some history of the Greek community and the sponge industry on a boat excursion. There was so much to do near the house but yet not far to drive to beaches or other attractions. Thank you, John, for making your wonderful home available for us to enjoy!

Great place.

This is a great property. The property is walking distance from the docks and everything you would want to do in tarpon. The property is clean and has everything you would need. The owner is very responsive. Highly recommend it.
