YOU SHOULD BE AN EXPERIENCED BIKE RIDER TO ACCESS THIS PROPERTY. ALL ROADS AND OUR DRIVE ARE PAVED BUT THIS IS THE MOUNTAINS AND YOU WILL EXPERIENCE STEEP HILLS AND CURVES. NO BIKE TRAILERS LONGER THAN 14' OPEN TRAILERS ARE ABLE TO MAKE THE DRIVE TO THE CABIN.
Guests are absolutely sure to enjoy a memorable vacation experience in this beautiful fully-furnished two-bedroom and two-bathroom vacation rental. Our comfortable vacation rental is fully-furnished. Equipped with washer and dryer, you will never have to worry about running out of clean clothes. Sleeps 6 in 2BR with queen beds and the loft has a queen bed pullout sofa great for kids with their own TV. Enjoy the Hot Tub, B-B-Q on the charcoal pit or use the gas grill or enjoy an open fire in the fire pit. All charcoal and wood is provided. Be prepared to see animals such as Deer, Elk, Fox. Access is via paved roads and drive is paved and motorcycle pads are available when you park your bike for a well earned rest. Due to the hills and curves, experienced motorcycle riders are best. You will want to reserve this cabin for your next week long or just a weekend visit well in advance.

The house and amenities are very nice. The owner was easy to work with. My only critique would be to upgrade the mattresses. Beautiful views from the cabin and very private. Close to the Maggie Valley golf course.

Motorcycle trip to Maggie Valley

Property was as advertised and accommodated is very well. Access into property on city roads and driveway can be tricky. Glad we had experience in the mountains prior to this trip. Over all very happy with the whole experience

Great stay!

Awesome cabin great location. Wife and I pulled our motorcycle up on a trailer. No issues. Beautiful cabin private ,very clean. We will definitely be back.

Exceeds expectations

Property is just as described. Exceeded our expectations. Is impeccably clean. It’s spacious, cozy, comfortable and very vey private feeling. There are three options for grilling outside one of which is also a fire pit with chairs around it. Nice size hot tub. Central A/C and heat. Great internet and for tv the option of regular spectrum cable which we most appreciated or Roku. The couch seating folds out to very comfortable recliners which is something often over looked — your away from home and have the time to sit and relax so comfortable seating is important. Garbage bags are provided with instructions of where to leave it in the bear proof garbage can. So unlike many places up here, you don’t have to stress trying to haul your garbage out with you. Most important the owner is very responsive to any questions you might have. I have been coming to Maggie Valley for 20 years renting various places to stay and this is one I will definitely rent again. Also, there is much talk as to the road and access.. it seems much to do about nothing. I have rented places much scarier than this. You’re in the mountains. It’s just a typical climb up a straight mountain driveway. There is a turn to make not a U-turn just a very sharp turn to start your journey up to the cabin from the road. After that, it’s basically just straight up. Might be a little intimidating the first time you do it because you don’t know what to expect any car ect will do just fine.

Maggie Valley Trip

We had a great time during our stay at Harley Haven. Everything was clean and well stocked. The property is beautiful and private. We had a few minor issues but David was very helpful and communicative. We would definitely stay again!

Great cabin with everything you need

Beautiful cabin, very clean, and all the amenities you would need for a relaxing vacation. The driveway is a little steep but our car made it up just fine so no complaints. The owner was super helpful with getting us checked in and working through one minor issue. All in all great trip and would stay here again.

Home away from home

What a wonderful cabin…. The entire process from booking to staying was easy This cabin was gorgeous, super clean, fully furnished down to even having a crockpot. The showers had so much water pressure. The hot tub and fire pit out back was so nice with all the wood already there and waiting And the smart tv in the living room with all the streaming apps downloaded already where all you have to do is log in with your own account The owners are super nice and respond very quickly With any questions or concerns We go to Maggie valley every year on vacation and this will be where we book in the future

Thanksgiving getaway

Very disappointing driveway was step

This place looks really nice from the outside. Probably good from the inside however the driveway was very challenging and it was by no means easy to ride up on motorcycles, i made it to the top but it was very intimidating to say the least ( my advice ! If you are riding a bike and do not have advanced skills pass on this one ) we were not able to stay there because the comfort level of traveling in and out of the driveway was very stressful. And if your not comfortable doing it and who want to take a chance of crashing a 30,000.00 bike , it just not fun vacation .

Mountain Cabin

Had to cancel upon arrival due to the driveway angle so steep we felt it unsafe for motorcycle riders and was unaware of this when booked rental. Add rain to it and it was even worse. Owner was not concerned. Cautions were added after we booked. Read the reviews before booking. Not for flatland bikers. No refund!

We built this cabin from ground zero to be our "get-a-way" from the coastal area of SC where I was working for over 30 years. We have tried hard to keep the cabin in great condition as we believe you should have the BEST place to spend your vacation time.
After I retired we moved back to Greenville SC which is home for both me and my wife. Being only 80 miles away we still want to keep the cabin when we have a chance to come up. After a 35 year career I retired from the SC State Port Authority and now enjoy taking care of my bees, garden, chickens, grapes, blackberries and about two acres of grass AND I also do my best to keep up the cabin.
My wife and I hope you enjoy your stay and will return soon. We have also enjoyed riding our Harley's to the cabin as well as the surrounding Great Smoky Mountains.

As fans of the Blue Ridge Mountains and especially the Parkway my wife and I wanted a place in the mountains and Maggie Valley was the perfect location since you can visit Waynesville, Cherokee and even Asheville all within a short drive of up to 30 minutes (Asheville). This cabin is at a 3500 foot elevation which allows access to the cabin year round though snow is very possible and very pretty. We do provide road salt for the driveway during the winter months. We don't recommend riding your bike to the cabin during inclement winter weather. Otherwise we access the cabin with our Harley with no problems. You should be an experienced biker to access the cabin. No trailers longer than 14' open trailers are recommended.

Full front porch with rockers and swings allow you the perfect place to have morning coffee of just kick back and enjoy the mountain views while sipping your favorite beverage. When evening comes around enjoy cooking on the charcoal fire pit or use the gas grill or wood burning fire pit (charcoal and wood is provided) and chill-out on the large deck where you will find the Spa, rocking chairs and a glider. You will be surprised as how quiet and relaxing it is. Sit back and relax
