Getaway for Basketball Tournament

This was the perfect location for my family. We were 11 minutes from the sports center. Communicating with the property manager was prompt. We absolutely loved the property. I would say our only takeaway is that the people staying above us sound as if they were marching or stomping back and forth every night. Other than that we liked this property was very spacious.

We were disappointed in the furnishings in the living area! The sofas not as shown, no coffee table, no end tables or lamps! Table on the screen porch was broken and uneven. We could not use it to dine on! Ice maker in freezer needs attention! Very slow to produce ice. We had to buy ice.

Stove, wall sockets and master bedroom

The stove kept getting Er message if you have more than two- burner on so we have to cook our thanksgiving dinner somewhere else. No one came to check the stove. Electrical sockets did not work for a lot of wall sockets. Master bathroom did not work and maintenance did not come until Tuesday. I have stayed in this community 4 times and we have never had this many problems. I probably will be looking for new locations for our vacation.

Issues

First we never got a door key code and had to call multiple times when we arrived to get one. Then once inside we found one piece of baseboard missing in the living room with nails sticking out. The toilet in the main bathroom would not refill after flushing. Remote control for master bedroom TV was missing and random laundry was in the dresser drawers. Finally and most important (even over the toilet) the WIFI was TERRIBLE. If there is one thing you have to have in 2022 it is WIFI.

This was our first time using a Condo and it was amazing! Easy check in and really fit our familyā€™s vacation style. Off the main strip but still so close to everything! Will book again!

Nice Location

We traveled with a family of 7. This home was up to date and comforting when at in doors. The location is really great, you do not have the craziness of being right on the boardwalk areas and is only a very short drive to pretty much everything. One thing I was disappointed in was that having 4 teenage/young adults with us they were not allowed to throw a football back in forth in an empty side of the lot or grassy area. When approached by the security guards he literally told my 21 year old, "Sorry, we don't allow fun here" - I have been to many Airbnb, etc. and was shocked by the rudeness of this specific group of security. The front door lock was a little difficult to figure out at first, I could see other people having a problem with it. The grounds themselves at Magnolia Pointe were well groomed. I would add to the description, that no sports (even tossing a ball around) are allowed on premises. Other than that I would say we had a great trip and the weather was great.

Beautiful property

As soon as you walk in you see how well kept this condo is. Itā€™s in a huge complex with ponds and pools about 8 minutes from the Atlantic and 5 minutes from Broadway at the Beach.

Long weekend stay

Very nice property. Major down side is the 4 small boys that stayed upstairs were constantly running and banging - all day. Plus someone was constantly dragging furniture on the floor. No peace and quiet due to upstairs neighbors.

Unfortunately, we were unable to check-in until after dark and had a hard time finding our condo. The numbers on the sides of the building were hard to see. We tried calling the number provided for a response but never got an answer. Fortunately, our son came and was able to find the correct building.

Location was very close to attractions only thing I did not like was the cover on my bed was stained like it had not been washed and instructions were left for cleaning when there was a cleaning fee added to my price for staying. So I'm not understanding what the fee is for if we are supposed to do everything for them

The place to stay in Myrtle Beach!

We stayed in this condo whilst we were having a home remodeled close by. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 and very conveniently located to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer! It is situated on the ground floor, with lovely views of a large pond. The condo is very spacious, clean and provides everything you would need in a home. Our family was very happy and comfortable living there for our extended stay and will definitely be recommending it to family and friends looking to stay in Myrtle Beach! Also, the owner was ever so accommodating and cut his own familyā€™s spring vacation short to allow us to stay an extra few days whilst work was completed on our home.

It was a nice condo in a nice area. A few things that could be done. New mattress and pillows on the beds they were hurting everyoneā€™s back through the week, the cleaning crew didnā€™t mop, sweep or vacuum. We had to sweep the floors our feet were black on the bottom we had to wear our flip flops the whole time, the shower head was awful in the hallway bathroom, microwave and stove were awful they look as they were not even cleaned. When people rent that much money for a week the beds and pillows should be very comfy, the garbage was a long way from condo that I didnā€™t like. Overall it was a nice place but the things mentioned should be looked into.
