Luxury studio located on the beach , accommodation for 4 full updated with a 55 inches led flat tv cable , free WiFi, laundry room at the building , comfortable Murphy bed and a sofa bed, coffee maker, toaster , microwave ,iron , kitchen is full ,all you need to cook is there ,just off of Collins avenue with plenty of groceries restaurants or any need to make your the best easy and comfortable vacation ,close to everywhere and busses to anywhere, comfortable 4 sleep on this incredible studio just updated
we just add to the place a new Nespresso Machine we will included for free 2 cup a days for your stay , if you want more please let us know the cost of each ten is $20.00 and need to be order and pay in advance, and will be delivery before your arrival

El Studio es tal cual esta en las fotos, tiene todo lo que uno necesita para pasar unos dias. Perfecto para quien desea tranquilidad con playa en frente y restaurantes , confiterias, supermercado y bancos en las cercanias. Lo recomiendo para 2 personas. Le doi 5 estrellas dentro de su Categoria Turistica.

Great spot with excellent host

Albert is a great communicator and conscientious host. The unit is as described and in the perfect location for those wanting to enjoy the beach. Very clean.

Would come back!

This is a small studio apartment perfect for 2 to 3 people!! My husband and I booked this place for a small weekend getaway and it was nothing short of perfect! This place is literally feet from the beach with STUNNING blue water! We have absolutely no complaints and will definitely be returning!

Awesome Place/Location

Albert is an excellent host with great communication. We were able to get checked in easily. The location is fantastic for easy access to the beach and is right next door to the bandshell, which is excellent if you enjoy live music.

Amazing Stay!!!!!!

We loved our stay at this property. Miami Beach is steps away from the apartment. Was the perfect size for my wife and I. While some of the other reviews stated that the bed wasn’t comfortable we found it to be better than expected. Plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Was great to have beach chairs and beach umbrella at the apartment for our trips to the beach. Albert was a great host and wanted us to relax and enjoy our time in Miami. Easy check in and check out. We will definitely be staying here the next time we return to Miami.

Very nice stay near the beach

It was a very nice stay! My wife and I enjoyed the room and how well maintained the place was. Albert was a great host. There is a beach umbrella and a couple of chairs included, along with beach towels. Very helpful to have! Also, the coffee in the room is delicious. Here are a few things to note. 1) the building sits in a busy area, and the room is on the first floor next to the street. Things can get noisy. 2) the tv is not a smart tv. Not a big deal, but made it difficult to watch our usual shows at night 3) all the bed pillows need to be replaced: they are very flat and old. 4) if you like to come and go a lot, parking could be a problem. Parking fills up fast around the building between 10 and 8. For me and my wife, that wasn’t a problem, because we went exploring every day all day. However, if we had tried to come back in the afternoon, parking would have been a challenge. However, I want to reiterate. It was a very nice stay. My wife and I will be using this place again when we come to Miami next time.

Bad bed and noisy

The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the bed and pillows were terrible. It was a Murphy bed and very uncomfortable the pillows were flat which gave my wife and myself a sore neck. You could hear everything outside even people talking in a normal voice. There is an outdoor stage across the street that had music that didn't end till 11pm. then the people would leave and would make even more noise. The location was great for us but thats was about the only thing.

My boyfriend and I loved staying at this place. It was so close to the beach, had all the necessities we needed, and more! Highly recommend and will be coming back for a little get away!

North Beach visit

Albert is a responsive and thoughtful manager/host. The apartment was smaller than we expected but clean. And you can’t get closer to the beach. It’s just a few yards away. The only negative was the bed which was uncomfortable for us to sleep the first night. However we were able (at Albert’s suggestion) to use the futon/sofa instead, so it all turned out okay.

Perfect location!

Me and my almost two year old stayed in this little studio and it was perfect. It's in North beach, away from the noise and crowds of South Beach (but a 20 min drive or 30 min bus ride if you want to visit South beach). The beach is literally steps away and it's beautiful! It's also in a very safe area and the building was very secure. I never felt unsafe even when it was dark as a woman alone with a baby. Communication with the host is fantastic and he always responded and gave very clear instructions for check in. Also there is the BEST, most delicious food and coffee right next door at Cafe Sazon. I would stay here again. 100%

Great tiny spot for couples

This unit has everything you need in a tiny package. Great location, close to bus stops, the beach, grocery stores, restaurants etc. Recently renovated, very modern decor & finishes. Functional tiny kitchen with a single burner induction cooktop and a mini fridge. Has two beach chairs & a great beach umbrella which were greatly appreciated! Communication with prop manager was excellent. One thing to note- trash pickup from a nearby dumpster will wake you up almost every morning around 7am and the bandstand across the street did have two festivals on Sat & Sunday that went to 10pm. Didn’t bother us but is worth noting.

Wonderful vacation at North Beach

Thank you Albert, this was really worth of every penny we paid. It is tiny room for two adults and one teenager, but just perfect for one week. There was everything we needed for beach: towels, chairs, umbrella for sun. Room was very clean. AC was little bit too laud at first, but we got used to it, and I had earplugs also. It was great distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Albert was always there to help if needed. Definitely we come again!

Great stay!

Very clean and modern apartment. Great location right next to the beach and very easy check in and checkout process. I highly recommend renting here and will use Albert again when we come in the future

Good location to explore all the sights of Miami

Great location for the beach. Also only a short walk from trolley service offering free transportation along the whole length of Miami Beach. Apartment is ideal size for 2 people, but the sofa bed isn’t great for a party of four.

Albert was awesome.

Was jolly on the spot answering every questions I had. I must say was a pleasure staying in his place. And the beach was about 500 or less steps away. Will definitely stay again. Again Albert was awesome.
