Getaway from it all at your cozy villa on the water! Cabana East is a spacious one-story open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Enjoy relaxing water views from the master bedroom and living room.

You'll feel at home by the sea, because Cabana East is fully equipped for your getaway. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots/pans, large and small appliances, Keurig and Mr. Coffee coffee makers. The bed/bath linens and towels are provided. The full size washer and dryer are available to use during your stay. WIFI and cable TV service is provided. TV’s are located in the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and large soaking tub. Guest bedrooms feature queen beds. Beach towels and gas grill provided. Garage available for use during your stay.

Be entertained by bird watching, kayaking (2 provided), boating or fishing. Your villa comes with a private boat dock and fish cleaning station. Rest easy outdoors, knowing the back deck is fenced and gated for young children. The neighborhood boat launch is directly across the canal. Our particular canal provides quick access to the Laguna Madre for fishing. This is great fishing for redfish, trout, flounder, or drum.

Cabana East is conveniently located on North Padre Island, close by Mustang Island Beaches, Bob Hall Pier, The National Seashore, Malaquite & Whitecap Beaches. Near the CVS Pharmacy, various restaurants, golfing, surf shops and Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Best place on the island

A Wonderful Property

Three generations of my family from grandparents to young grandchildren spent a delightful time at this property which had everything we needed. The grandparents appreciated that everything was on one floor and mobility accessible. The kids liked fishing from the dock out the patio.doors. It had everything we needed in terms of housewares and supplies. We will stay here again withoutbquestion.

Great location and very spacious

This property is very close to great restaurants and shops. It's one of the best places in which we've stayed in North Padre. WiFi is not reliable, but with so much to do at the beach, not a big deal.

Charming, convenient, and spacious rental.

We had a lovely time at this location. The neighborhood and home feel very relaxing and pleasant. The rental had great living spaces and perfect little touches that helped us feel very taken care of. The only suggestion I have is to include a few more bath towels since we had 6 of us, we ran out quickly but it wasn't a big deal to wash them during our stay. We loved the convenience of fishing on the back deck downstairs from the rental. Our family could all hang out together as there was plenty of room for all of us. The home was very clean and organized. We would love the opportunity to come back! Thank you for a great stay!

Nice home for a group of 6 adults! Owner very responsive.

This home worked nicely for our group of 6 adults! We loved the open concept for the kitchen, dining and family room. The master bedroom and bath were spacious with shower, whirlpool tub and double vanity. Appreciated the ceiling fans to circulate the air. Owner was very responsive and great to work with! Nice property.

Our Texas trip was great! We enjoyed our stay at the Villa and would recommend staying there. There was lots of room for all of us--5 adults. The house was roomy and clean. The master bathroom was awesome--the only thing I would recommend is better lighting. It was difficult doing my make up daily (no windows in there); better lighting would help! I loved having use of the washer/dryer. The kids enjoyed the kayaks, although one of them did have a hole and took in water--but it was still useable. I would also suggest having extra beach chairs for travelers who are traveling by air, there was only one and it was broken. We had everything there for kitchen use, which was great. Having early morning coffee on the deck was very relaxing and the weather cooperated. We did lock ourselves out once, but one phone call to Lauren and we were set. She was very helpful answering any questions before and during our trip. I would suggest a better lock on the door leading out to the deck. It was old and did not seem very secure, the door would also stick from time to time. My sister-in-law, who was staying at a condo 3 minutes down the road, came over to visit and we compared prices. She said "our place" was MUCH nicer, roomier, better views, and cheaper! Overall, excellent trip and a great place to stay. I would stay there again. --Alice Elizondo Fayetteville NC

Perfect!

This house was exactly what my family was looking for. It was beautiful, clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. The house is great if you have children! We had three children under three and the house had outlet covers and a high chair which helped tremendously! I also loved that they had a book of recommendations for the area. My husband and brother in law fished off the dock almost every night and caught a bunch of fish. It was a great week for us. We definitely will return!

We had a great weekend in this wonderful property. The house was very well appointed and had plenty of room for hanging out. Great location, close to many activities. Great morning sun and no worries about late day heat in the living room or on the deck.

Beautiful place, amazing location!

I'm Lauren, the daughter, who handles the day-to-day, reservations and VRBO/HomeAway listings. My parents live in Corpus Christi (over 20 years now) and they're my on the ground help when needed. My father is an avid bay fisherman and outdoorsman, so naturally a home on the water with great fishing access is a must. My mother and I enjoy unique homes and well decorated spaces, so there is something for everyone. It's a family operation.

We began our journey on VRBO and HomeAway in 2011 renting out our family bay house. After accumulating 25 5-star reviews, we decided it was time to develop property we've had on Padre Island.

The villas are great because they're on North Padre Island, so they're close to the beach and Schlitterbahn watermark. The water views and boat docks can't be beat.... We also enjoy traveling and home building, so we were able to take our accumulated inspiration and let it out!

Each villa not only has space for 6-8 guests, but also allow extended families and friends to vacation together, while still allowing for privacy - if you book both villas! They feature private boat docks, ample indoor and outdoor space, water views from the master and living room, great fishing access, unique collected artwork....I could go on and on....
