Denny, it was truly a pleasure hosting you! Thank you for the review 😊 We’re glad you enjoyed your stay. Just for clarification for future guests, keypad check-in instructions provided to guests explain that the code must be followed by the “#” button to unlock the suite door. We understand that instructions can sometimes be overlooked, and we do provide detailed information to make check-in as easy and seamless as possible. As always, any questions during your stay will be answered promptly without delay- as we strive for five star communication 😊

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the home, hot tub, fire pit area, and our quick communication. We’re especially proud of the rare and amazing lake view and quick access. We love the peaceful setting, and gorgeous sunrise views that make this property such a special place to stay. The home and its amenities are accurately represented in the listing, and we encourage guests to review the amenities and property details when making their reservation so they know exactly what to expect. We also want to clarify that the refrigerator shelf had been damaged by a previous guest. A replacement shelf was promptly ordered, and we had to wait for the part to arrive. That has since been repaired. We provide plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows throughout the home, along with starter supplies for our guests. We’re always looking for ways to make our guests’ stays even better and appreciate you bringing your observations to our attention. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the peaceful setting, lake views, hot tub, fire pit, and our communication during your stay.
