Welcome to The Sapphire Downtown, Pensacola's Hidden Gem! Walking distance to everything Downtown has to offer. Built in 1903, this over 100 year old historic cottage is truly one-of-a-kind. Here, old world charm meets new age glam, with just a dash of funky and fun. Our eclectic vintage decor is sure to bring on feelings of nostalgia, while the many interactive pieces will provide lasting memories and hours of fun. Each amenity was thoughtfully selected to appeal to the young at heart!

This space isn't meant for children, but it is the perfect place to play! Let your inner-child run loose and have fun at our stunning Downtown AirBNB.

Located in a prime Downtown location, our cottage is right in the middle of all of the Downtown action! Enjoy our spectacular Downtown night life and see all that Pensacola has to offer. Who needs to drive when you can rent a scooter and scoot around Downtown? Located just minutes from the interstate, you are only 15 minutes from the beach!

As you walk through the front door of the house you will be greeted by our fully renovated great room with living space, dining space, and kitchen area combined. Have a glass of wine and relax on our plush velvet furniture, or grab a friend and jump into a heated match of Super Mario Brothers on our replica Nintendo console, loaded with around 20 classic games!

The kitchen is fully stocked with oil, seasonings, and a vast array of cooking supplies. Brew a cup of espresso from our retro espresso machine, or have a simple cup of coffee from our single-serve Keurig. Coffee and creamer are included.

You won't want to miss a bubble bath in our extra deep soaker tub. Pink himalyan bath salt, bubble bath, bath bombs, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all included.

After a bath pamper yourself with one of our skin care products, plush oversized towels, turkish robes, or complimentary slippers.

Ready for a night out on the town? Get all dolled up in our retro-inspired glam dressing area, fully stocked with perfumes and hairstyling tools.

Get a great nights sleep on our comfortable memory foam mattresses and goose feather Down pillows. All bedding is encased in allergen bags and washed thoroughly between guests.

Don't forget to spend some time in the fully fenced in back yard! With lush astro turf grass, a huge outdoor sectional sofa, a gas fire pit, and outdoor string lighting, the back yard is the perfect place to unwind after a long day of site-seeing. If you're not quite ready to rest, play a game or two on the giant chessboard, giant connect 4 board, or roll the dice in a game of YardtZee.

A full array of beach supplies and beach towels are provided for guest use.

We have received a lot of requests to use our property for commercial photography/ photo shoots/ video shoots. Our property CANNOT be used for any kind of commercial use. No professional/ commercial photography or video recording is allowed and is strictly enforced. See house rules for more information. Thank you for your understanding.

Other things to note
This property does not have a driveway and offers street parking only. Because we are located in an area with a very busy night life, there is a chance of noise or interruptions during your stay. There are two parking spaces directly in front of the house, and more than a dozen spots just steps away. Parking in the area can get busy during public events and holidays, but don't worry! We have a private lot just across the street available for guest use at any time.
