Welcome to the Slopeside Timber Nook in the Moguls building; a true ski in/ski out. A cozy alpine retreat right in the heart of Big White Ski Resort. Perfectly blending rustic charm with practical comfort, this cabin-style condo features a private sauna and panoramic forest views. With natural wood finishes, vintage mountain décor, and a classic ski-lodge vibe, this unit is ideal for couples, solo travellers, or small families looking to relax after a day on the slopes.
Located just steps from the village and ski lifts, you`ll enjoy easy access to dining, après-ski spots, and lift-serviced hiking trails in the summer. Whether you`re here for powder days or peaceful mountain escapes, this warm and welcoming condo delivers the ultimate Big White experience.
Living Area:
The living room is a true mountain haven, featuring a striking stone fireplace with a wood-paneled accent wall and a large flat-screen TV mounted above. A plush leather sectional with a pull out sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, soft area rug, and warm lighting create an inviting space to relax. Oversized windows frame serene views of the surrounding forest and mountains, while vintage skis and exposed beams complete the ski-lodge aesthetic. A wooden dining table and spindle-back chairs sit nearby, making it a seamless space for lounging and dining.
Kitchen:
The efficient galley-style kitchen is equipped with everything you need for simple meals and snacks. It features warm wood cabinetry, a white subway tile backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, and compact appliances including a small fridge, electric cooktop, microwave/toaster oven combo, and a stainless steel sink. A small dining nook with wooden chairs and charming alpine artwork adds a cozy touch.
Bedroom:
Retreat to the intimate queen bedroom featuring a comfortable bed with crisp white linens and a quilted brown comforter. Natural wood-framed windows look out over the forest, while earth-toned décor, framed art, and exposed beam ceilings enhance the rustic feel. Nightstands with ambient table lamps and a dark wood dresser offer convenience and style.
Bathroom:
The full bathroom is compact yet thoughtfully designed, with a shower/tub combo surrounded by rich brown tile. A wood-grain vanity with a marble-look countertop, fluffy towels, and stylish lighting keeps the space both functional and inviting. Clean finishes and cozy touches—like bathrobes and framed art—maintain the overall cabin feel.

SKI IN/OUT ACCESS:
This property is located on the ski run `Moguls Track.` You can ski right into the back of the building. You`re a door away from the stairs down to get outside to the ski-in/out spot on floor 8. It is seconds to the ski out location. This is a true SKI IN/SKI OUT location!!!
Building Amenities:
The Moguls Building features a communal hot tub, sauna & games like ping pong, foosball, and shuffleboard, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. There is also a ski wax room and ski locker available to keep your equipment in top shape during your stay.
Listing Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire unit, including the living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and private sauna. Entry is via secure self check-in. Shared building amenities and ski-in/ski-out convenience ensure you’re close to everything Big White has to offer.

Located just outside of the village, when you park the car there will be no need to use it again! Ski in and ski out from multiple floors onto the Moguls Track. Within a 5 minute walk you find yourself nestled in the heart of the village where you can access numerous restaurants, shops, the market, the Gondola down to Happy Valley, or anything else you will want for your perfect getaway. Some of our favourite restaurants include Underground Pizza, Fourth Ace smokehouse, Sasquatch Sushi and the Cabin Kitchen and Bar!
Listing Transit:
Big White is approximately 55 minutes from Kelowna International Airport (YLW), with seasonal airport shuttles available. Once on the mountain, the village is entirely walkable, with lifts, dining, and shopping all just minutes away from your door.

Weekly Parking: $125 per week, per vehicle (no trailers or RVs/campers allowed).
RV/Camper Parking: $50 per night, per RV/camper (maximum of 7 nights per season).
Access to communal hot tub, sauna, ski locker and ski wax room in the Moguls Building. Please note that the hot tub and sauna are only open during the winter season.
Pet friendly - one dog - must be approved - There is a $75/additional cost that will be added to your stay
This property is a 100% Smoke Free property (no tobacco,
cannabis or vaping products). This includes NO SMOKING in the unit, on the balconies, or anywhere on the common property grounds. This policy is strictly enforced, with fines of $200 per incident. These fines are the responsibility of the guest in addition to any cleaning fee associated with infractions. Thanks in advance for abiding by this rule that makes it awesome for everyone!
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
