After chasing Okanagan’s champagne powder, soak in the private, covered hot tub, curl up by the fire, and watch the Saturday night fireworks from home. It’s an easy 5-minute walk to Lara’s Gondola, the skating rink, tube park, day lodge, snowshoe trails, and kids park - then a short gondola ride to lifts and restaurants in the Village.
The Space:
Spread out over three levels designed for families and groups. The bright main floor features mountain-valley views, a gas fireplace, and a comfy pullout sofa, alongside a fully renovated 2021 kitchen stocked with quality cookware, sharp knives, a coffee/tea setup, and handy condiments. A new dining table sets the stage for post-ski meals and board games. Downstairs, a bonus room offers bunk beds and a second TV lounge, plus a second fridge and a laundry closet with new Samsung washer/dryer. From this level, step out to the covered deck and private hot tub overlooking snow-draped trees.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary bedroom (top floor): restful retreat with expanded mountain views
Second bedroom (top floor): spacious; suitable spot if you need a crib
Bonus/bunk room (lower level): bunks + cozy TV lounge for kids
Living room: pullout sofa for extra flexibility
Bathrooms: 2 full baths (one upstairs shared by the two bedrooms; one on the lower level)
Ski & Village Access:
~5-minute walk to Lara’s Gondola at Happy Valley
Short gondola ride to the Village for lifts, rentals, lessons, and restaurants
Close to skating rink, tube park, day lodge, snowshoe trails, and kids park

Damage Protection:
Please note, as a software connected property management company, we require damage protection for all reservations to help keep operations running smoothly. You can choose between a smart damage waiver or a refundable security deposit.

1) Smart Damage Waiver – covers accidental damage up to $1,750. No deposit hold required.
or
2) Refundable Security Deposit ($1,750) – temporary hold, automatically released within 7 days after checkout, subject to inspection.
Note: The waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, negligence, policy violations, pet issues, or unregistered guests. In these cases, related costs may be charged to you in accordance with the booking platform’s policies and our guest agreement.
Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicle.
Additional cars should park in the Happy Valley overflow parking lot at a cost of $20 per night or $100 per week. Permits must be purchased from Big White Mountain Central Mountain Check-In.
