Enjoy 2 large scenic porches perfect for relaxing or entertaining, a hot tub, smoker grill, in & outdoor fireplaces, outdoor bar, smart TV's and even a dedicated work space. Spread out and sleep comfortably with 8 beds, 2.5 bathrooms, a kitchen equipped with all cooking and grilling needs! Located in the heart of Ellijay and 30 min from DT Blue Ridge, we specialize in family, couples and small group retreats!

Our ready-to-cook kitchen is a host's dream, boasting granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including a gas cooktop & oven), kitchen island, coffee maker, and all the essential tools, plates, and glassware you'll need. Enjoy casual meals in the dining area or the island seating.

The main level master king suite offers ultimate relaxation and a private en-suite bathroom featuring vanity and a large walk-in shower. A hairdryer, ironing board, and iron are conveniently located in the walk-in closet.

Beyond the interior, the expansive main level porch beckons! Gather around the gas fire pit for your morning coffee, evening glass of wine from one of the many local wineries, or a delicious meal.

This space also includes the grilling station with a Pit Boss Smoker Grill.

Our stunning loft offers a versatile and inviting space designed for both productivity and relaxation. Here, you'll find a designated workspace perfect for remote work or creative pursuits. Lower Level: Game Day Fun and Forest Relaxation

The lower level is your ultimate entertainment hub! The spacious living room features a large big-screen OLED TV for epic movie nights or game days. Challenge your crew to a friendly match on the foosball table, air hockey table, or dart board. You'll also find a wide selection of board games, card games, and puzzles for endless fun.

The lower level's back porch is your gateway to outdoor bliss! Unwind in the 6-person hot tub or gather around the custom wood-burning fire pit, all while being completely surrounded by the tranquil forest. A built-in outdoor bar makes it easy to keep refreshments flowing for endless enjoyment.

The property is a 9 minute scenic drive from the Eagle Mountain Gate. To ensure a smooth experience for all guests and neighbors, this property allows a maximum of 2 vehicles unless prior approval is granted before arrival.

If additional vehicles are brought to the property without approval, a $250 charge per unauthorized vehicle will apply.
