Hello Stella, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. I would like to respectfully clarify a few points mentioned in your review so future guests have accurate information. During your stay, there was an unexpected and uncontrollable issue involving the property’s main plumbing pipe that had only recently been discovered. Once identified, we acted immediately to have the matter addressed as quickly as possible. Regarding the back unit, the property does include a completely separate ADU located behind the home. It is independently occupied, fully divided, and not part of the guest space or amenities associated with your reservation. Guests do not share interior living areas or facilities with anyone. The master bathroom does have functioning electrical outlets available. Additionally, the mattresses in the home are medium-comfort mattresses, which many guests have found comfortable, though we understand mattress preference is subjective and varies from person to person. We take pride in maintaining a clean and accurately represented property, and we truly value guest feedback as part of continuously improving the experience for future stays.
