PARKING

The property has a gravel driveway with additional on-street parking. The driveway entrance crosses a small curb, so we recommend entering and exiting slowly, particularly with larger vehicles.

• HISTORIC HOME
The Corner House is a nearly 125-year-old Mena home that has been thoughtfully updated while maintaining the character of an older property. Guests may notice some characteristics that come with the age and history of the home.
• TRAIN
The home is located approximately one block from an active railroad crossing. Passing trains and train horns are noticeable from the property and may occur at various times. Many guests enjoy the distant sound and appreciate it as part of the unique character of staying in historic Mena. For added comfort, we provide noise machines in both bedrooms, earplugs and blackout, noise-muffling curtains.
• HEATING & AIR
The home is heated and cooled with mini-split units located in the dining area and primary/queen bedroom.
• LAUNDRY home does not offer a washer and dryer, laundry services can be found at Mena Laundry 601 V 71 N Mena AR
• OCCUPANCY
The home accommodates up to 6 registered guests. Groups of 4 to 5 will have the most room to spread out comfortably.
• EXTERIOR CAMERAS
For guest and property security, exterior Ring doorbell cameras are located at the front and back entrances. Cameras are exterior-facing and do not view any interior area of the home. They are not routinely monitored during guest stays but may be accessed if a security concern, safety issue or emergency arises. The cameras may not be covered, disabled, disconnected or otherwise tampered with. Camera information is also marked in the security-device section of listing.
• PROPERTY DOCUMENTATION
Before every reservation, the entire interior and exterior of the property is photographed and video documented. This includes the condition and cleanliness of the home, furnishings, appliances, household items and any existing damage or maintenance concerns. Documentation is completed before guest check-in and retained as a record of the property’s condition prior to each stay.
