Stay in a privately owned studio inside a riverfront resort with direct gondola access to the slopes. Professionally remodeled in October 2024, this spacious 3rd-floor studio features a king bed, full-size sofa sleeper, fireplace, kitchenette, desk, and large flat-screen HDTV.

The October 2024 remodel included updated furniture, appliances, carpet, fixtures, bed, paint, and a larger mini refrigerator.

All residences within the resort are individually owned. Please note that we are not permitted to use the resort's brand name in our advertising.

ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES

Please note that the following mandatory fees are charged separately by the resort and are not included in your reservation:

Resort/Amenities Fee: $60/night per studio
Valet Underground Parking: $55/night
Booking Fee: $75/stay, one time

The Westin, Hyatt, Ritz-Carlton, and other 4- and 5-star resorts throughout Vail and Beaver Creek commonly charge separate resort fees for access to their extensive onsite amenities and services.

These fees are paid directly to the resort front desk at checkout. We are not permitted to collect the resort's fees on its behalf.

Complimentary resort shuttle service provides convenient transportation to Beaver Creek Village, approximately 5 minutes away, and Vail, approximately 15 minutes away, making it possible to enjoy your stay without renting a car.
