For added convenience, covered parking is available, and you'll have access to the community pool during the summer months as well as a year-round hot tub. The condo does have an ambient wood burning fireplace, but the condo is quite warm with the radiant heat so is not required to stay warm.

Location is key, with this condo conveniently situated on the Core Transit bus route and within a short drive to the renowned Beaver Creek Resort down the street, and the magnificent Vail Ski Resort, located about 10 minutes away. Additional ski resorts such as Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Keystone are within easy reach, making it a prime spot for winter sports enthusiasts.

Although the unit does not have air conditioning, the cool mountain nights will ensure a pleasant atmosphere for a restful sleep. Upon booking, you will receive an invitation to the guest portal along with reservation confirmation, and access instructions will be emailed to you seven days prior to your arrival.
