The main floor also includes 3 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with 2 twin beds and a twin over twin bunk with twin trundle. There is also a full bathroom, laundry area and a game room complete with a pool table, darts and air hockey!

The small front porch is ideal for starting the day with a peaceful cup of coffee, and the large back deck and firepit area sound like they’re perfect for enjoying evenings outdoors. Serenity Cottage truly has everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract, provide a copy of your picture ID and agree to the community and house rules this is a community and a township regulation. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 5 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify several points for accuracy and transparency for any future guests who elect to stay.
Prior to arrival, we repeatedly advise all guests that there is a significant lag with messaging through booking platforms. For this reason, both the owner and the property management company provide a direct cell phone number in multiple places: on the listing, in pre-arrival email correspondence, inside the house manual (hard copy in the home), and posted visibly within the property. Despite this, communication during your stay was conducted exclusively through the platform, which contributed to delayed responses.
Additionally, the required community registration information was requested well in advance. Unfortunately, the information provided was changed multiple times, at least five, which resulted in charges imposed by the community. These charges were generously waived as a courtesy.
Regarding snow removal, the driveway was not plowed because there was no plowable snowfall. Plowing is performed only when accumulation reaches 3 inches or more. Our housekeeping supervisor was at the property immediately prior to your arrival, documented the condition with photographs, and reported no issues. At no point during your stay was any concern about the driveway communicated to us. Had this been mentioned, we would have immediately arranged for salting if needed.
Similarly, there were no messages during your stay indicating any concerns with dishes or silverware. These items were run through the dishwasher and inspected prior to arrival.
We absolutely welcome feedback; however, transparency and consistency in communication are essential. For clarity, the message we received during your stay stated:
“Your home is beautiful and cozy, thank you for the opportunity to rent. Just a note to let you know that the wifi is not connecting. The outlet surge was turned off. There is a missing ceiling fan glass and the door pad cover is missing. Otherwise everything is perfect.”
It is very important to us that reviews accurately reflect both the stay and the communication that occurred at the time. We hope this is kept in mind for future travels.
