Thank you for your feedback from your stay in this beachfront condo. We are happy to hear that you enjoy the area and location but are sorry if this condo was not the right fit for you. The screened in balcony is how the building was designed; some owners did choose to have 1 window that would open, others did not so each unit at the Villa Madeira does differ there but we understand your views on this. We are taking your comments into account as we do advise the owners on improvements and/or feedback that is received. We appreciate you sharing this with us and hope to see you back on Madeira Beach for a future visit.

We too are so glad you came to Madeira Beach and got to experience the awesomeness of it!! :-) We are glad this lovely condo fit your needs and that you all were comfortable during your stay and found everyone to be friendly! Thank you for your feedback. The Villa Madeira property is one building that has screened in balconies throughout the entire building, we do have others in our inventory that are not screened in and we would be happy to help you find that for your next visit to the area. If you are ever missing anything from the kitchen area, please just give us a call at our office as we keep a number of supplies here that we are happy to get your way. We apologize if the water was too hot, don't hesitate to contact us with anything like that as well, it sounds like it may have just needed an adjustment and we do have maintenance in place to help with anything you need. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we hope to see you back on Madeira Beach for a visit in the future.

We are sorry if anything was not comfortable for you during your stay here.
