- This multi-level home requires stairs to enter. An indoor ladder is required to access the loft area in bedroom 2 and an exterior staircase is required to access the detached bedroom 5 (treehouse)
- Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property. The main road and driveway are plowed
- The homeowner lives on-site on the upper level of the main house and will be available to orient and assist you with anything you may need during your stay
- Bedding is not included for the 6 twin mattresses in the children's loft. It is recommended that guests bring sleeping bags for that area if needed
- The property has ceiling fans but does not offer air conditioning
- The property's zip line is not available during the winter months
- A minimal amount of towels are provided to guests. If more are needed, guests are encouraged to bring their own
