The layout of the condo and location of the building was perfect. In walking distance was Walmart, Mexican restaurant, pizza and souvenir shops. Loved the outside with multiple pools to choose from. The condo was clean and had all that we needed. Company was very responsive to my questions as we were supposed to arrive after the Hurricane. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Loved coming back to the SeaChase property after 25 years! I came here as a kid, and it is just as clean, fun and beautiful as I remember! Will always stay at Seachase. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed.

Very happy with our stay.

Pleased that 2 parking spaces were included. Liked being on the Third Floor, great ocean and beach views.

Winter Get Away

The condo was beautifully decorated. The environment was quiet, except for the sound of the pool and the waves. Would recommend.

Great views and property

Great views of the beach and pool close to the walkway and all of the amenities. Not all units have covered parking but this one dead we walked down the beach past other properties and this one had by far the chillest people and not overcrowded. Would gladly come here again.

Excellent beautiful property

This condo was awesome; very updated beautiful furniture and comfortable beds. We were on a girls trip and felt very safe there and everywhere we went. The balcony was great-great place to take pictures-just a boardwalk over to the beautiful beach. The pools and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. This unit looked out to the beach and the pool on the side balcony. I highly recommend this unit and will be back😁

The grounds, the pools, and the indoor facilities are always kept very clean. Feel very safe staying here.

Definitely will Book Again

Everything from the ease of check in to the cleanliness of the unit. The condo was fully equipped and didn't have any “they need one of these” comments. We will definitely be staying here again!

The perfect beachfront condo!

We had four teenagers and two adults with sports equipment and floats and just stuff galore, but we never felt cramped. Everything was just wonderful. This condo did not disappoint!

The comdo was very beautiful and the view from the large windows was breath taking. No need to go down to the beach. The beach was right there with us. The best beach experience we had in a long time.

Too many forms that should have the same information, check in check out how to leave your room at check out. Each document had different times and different expectation on how to leave the unit. I guess we did okay as we have not received an additional bill.

Beautiful corner unit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at 301W! With being a corner unit, it had a spectacular view! We loved the updated decor and it was very clean overall. It has a quick & easy access to the pool area and beach. In the past, we've stayed at other complexes that required you to walk through long hallways etc. to access the elevator/stairs, which can be a pain especially when you have young kids. That was not the case here! We hope to stay here again in the future!

Amazing

This Condo is amazing! I give it a 10 star! Highly recommend to everyone! Above and beyond our expectations. The pictures are amazing, which is why we rented it. Once we arrived it was more amazing and breathtaking than the pictures. We had 3 days of double red flags on the beach and 3 days of red/purple flags, due to the weather. So glad we had an awesome condo to spend quality family time together playing games and bonding and amazing pools. Awesome family experience. Wonderful memories for us that we will treasure for ever. Thank You to the owners for sharing their magical home.

Annual Summer at Seachase

Reviewer Comments: Seachase never disappoints, pools the Hot tubs are very nice, the kids pool is very good, My 3 year old Grandson just loved it, However Thursday night, there was a large gather of adults and Kids playing very loud music, I called to complain but nothing was done Friday night was worse, no security doing there job to stop it. I’ve stayed at Seachase with my Family and we’ve met other people now friends here and we all come back every year. I was told you’ve started renting to people for 3 nights which I believe brings in lower standards of people

Amazing Views!

We went for Spring Break with a group of friends/seniors who rented other units; ours was the best decorated, most modern and just beautiful. 5 stars for sure. The only negative is that there are really only the basics provided. You’ll be spending some money on TP, hand soap, paper towel, garbage bags etc., but there’s a Walmart right across the street and in easy walking distance. The beaches were beautiful, palm trees all lit up at night for a resort-like experience. Would definitely be back and rent this unit. Unit is exactly as described and pictured.

4/10 - Insatisfatório

Too many repairs needed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent 3 days trying to get things fixed during our stay that were never fixed.. Every repairman that came up could not fix anything except one (who was the second person sent up to condo) who finally fixed the tv. Ice maker NEVER worked the whole trip. Hot water faucet in the master bathroom sink would not even turn on. Main patio door was so hard to slide that we had to go through the master bedroom to access the patio. No blankets were available for the condo. No bedding was provided for the pullout couch. Condo was an 8 person condo, only had 6 bath towels. One of the bunk beds had dirty sheets, and stains on the mattress cover, which are probable never changed.. GROSS.... We had to wash sheets and mattress cover when we arrived. NO INTERNET SERVICE!!!! If you need internet on your trip, this IS NOT the place to stay! On the positive, it has a great view.

the listing was not what the condo was said it had recently been up dated it all needs updated there was only one elevator washer and dryer were barely working very old I come to the beach every year but never stayed at Seachase before and will not ever stay there again
