Fifth floor, unit 501, exquisitely appointed 3 bedroom condominium, at Windward Pointe, with beautiful furnishings. Unit 501 was just remodeled in January 2023. Bedrooms include 2 king size beds and one queen size bed. Stereo in-wall speaker system throughout entire unit. Shopping center within convenient walking distance. Condominium includes indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub, workout room, tennis and basketball court.

Guests have raved about the calming effect of this lovely condominium as well as the extraordinary gulf views - some of the best on the beach. We hope you'll have a chance to experience this 'little piece of heaven.'

Our professional cleaning crew is the best on the island! Please look at our reviews. We have always taken great pride in providing a sanitized & clean condo for our guests. Everything has ALWAYS been disinfected before each guest arrives. We are proud to say our cleaning standards have ALWAYS been off the charts.

WINDWARD POINTE 501 IS AVAILABLE FOR JANUARY AND FEBRUARY MONTHLY RENTALS.

Many things stood out! Handwritten welcome note from host. Very clean and well stocked with everything that you would need. Comfortable bed in master bedroom. Last but not least the views!! All three bedrooms have ocean views with patio doors out to the wraparound balcony. 6 sliding doors altogether. Perfect for a family. Outstanding rental.

I would give More than five stars if I could Cindy quickly responded to any questions I had. The amenities were above and beyond what we expected. It was our first time in the area and we can't wait to return!

The condo was very clean. The pictures on VRBO website didn't do the place justice. The views of the beach were awesome. The wrap around balcony was great. The place felt like home. There was thought into every detail from kitchen to laundry. We very much enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend.

Million dollar view in a clean, well appointed condo in a great location on the main boulevard. Super pleased with the accuracy of the listing and the check-in and check-out process. Having access to the beach chairs was a huge relief. Communication was too-notch, too. We had such a lovely stay, thank you!

The unit was exceptionally clean and very well stocked, very comfortable beds and couch, the views from the balcony are breath taking, and had fun games/puzzles. Cindy is great with communication! We want to stay at this unit every year! We loved everything about it. The best condo we've stayed in and we've been coming to Orange Beach since 2013. So glad we found this condo!

Great, large, corner balcony with amazing views! This was our 2nd time to stay in this unit and it was super clean and decorated beautifully as always. We had absolutely everything we needed. The host is always very prompt at answering any questions and I like the parking passes being inside the unit instead of having to purchase outside. We will always stay in this unit!

Nice oceanfront views and very spacious as this is a corner unit. Huge balcony! Fully stocked (some places dont give you the necessities) but this one did. Thank you for the nice trip. My only recommendation was that the outdoor pool needs some work. Close to shopping and restaurants. Excellent communication from manager, Cindy.

The Best Condo with an Amazing View!

My family (2 adults and 2 teens) had the luck of picking this beach condo, which is the best we have ever stayed at! The pictures of the beach view for each room will not do it justice- my teen girls loved having their own rooms- each had a sliding door for them to enjoy their own balcony space and view of the beach. They were in heaven and so were we with a great view in the master. This corner view of the beach was perfection. The outside furniture was perfect for our needs and in great shape. The condo was well stocked and very clean. You will also have access to all the beach chairs and fun stuff that you need as well. Cindy was so kind and responses to any question was very prompt. TVs in every room, decor was lovely and well designed, A/C worked perfectly. Everyone we ran into in the building was kind, no long waits for the elevator and parking was never a problem. Our area of the beach was not overcrowded. We loved our first trip to Orange Beach and have now found a condo we will book for future trips! Perfect 10!

We had an incredible stay ! The corner unit has very nice views so our balcony time in the mornings and evenings were relaxing. Our boys used the weight room, played basketball and pickleball along with time spent on the beach and in the pool. The location is close to nice restaurants and other fun activities.

This is the third year in a row we've stayed at Cindy's place at Orange Beach! Once we found this condo, we haven't even looked at renting ANY others. Cindy is an amazing host with fantastic communication. Her place is super clean, even better than described, fully stocked with all the amenities you could want, the huge balcony is a definite favorite, and you just couldn't ask for a better location. Hardly ever more than a minute wait for an elevator, quiet, and just so welcoming! We generally stay with my parents (70) and our two kiddos (8-11) and there's something for everyone! See you again next year, Cindy!!
