Large corner unit with gorgeous panoramic views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area and large balcony as well as fun beach decor with tile throughout make this 1,675 square foot, three bedroom, two bath eighth floor condominium a renter's favorite.

Fully appointed kitchen includes ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Extra kitchen amenities make it easy to cook a relaxing family meal or for entertaining guests with a gourmet meal. Other features include 9 foot ceilings in the living and dining room, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space. Our unit is family-friendly with enough space for the little ones.

801W Corner Condo

Reviewer Comments: The condo we were suppose to rent was sold a week prior to our arrival, however, Angela (Manager/ARONOV) completely took care of us and placed us in 801W. Spectacular views, super nice condo with everything you would need for relaxing and enjoying your vacation! The condo was nicely decorated, clean and well maintained with a nice set of balcony furniture to relax and enjoy the views! The entire complex and ground areas are very well maintained. We had no issues whatsoever and also covered reserved parking was a plus with this condo. We really enjoyed our stay and will definately be back for our next trip!

A week at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Seachase complex and have been staying here for a few years. We decided to rent a different condo with needing more space for our older children and their friends. This specific condo was very spacious, beautifully decorated and the large balcony and its views were wonderful. However, there are a few significant issues that need to be addressed. There is a mold/mildew issue that is very apparent upon entering the master bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom door had visible signs of mildew along with the ceiling in the bedroom. The guest bath had the same issue. Mold all over the shower curtain and in the crevices of the shower. After having used this shower the floor was completely wet as the exhaust fan doesn’t work properly. Also, the water heater for this unit is way too small. We have been renting condos for years and have never seen such a small one for a condo. At least 2-3 of our group would have a cold shower every night. The master bath toilet paper holder has been pulled out of the wall and hanging by a thread. I am not one to complain, but I really feel these issues need to be addressed.

Beach Paradise

We had the perfect vacation in Orange Beach at this unit! It had beautiful views, was close to everything-restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. They had three different pools that never had more than 10-12 people in them at a time. It was absolutely paradise to stay here and we will rent again!

The staff have always been helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Appreciate the amenities. The pools were well liked and used daily....ALL DAY LONG. Thank you for sharing your paradise with us. The condo was bright, nicely decorated and was just a pleasant home away from home. We appreciate the beautiful scenery as well. Wonderful family time was had by all.

My only complaint was roaches. Lots of roaches. There were baby ones so I assume they have been there a while. Also there was a man who go onto some kids. I understand he needed to but he was loud and screamed at them. My granddaughter was in the same area as the ones he got onto and she got scared.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location to our other condo was ideal and we needed the three bedrooms. Overall, we were underwhelmed. The whole place seemed a little dirty. Not like the last cleaning service wasn’t adequate, but more like it needed a really deep clean. There was also mold or mildew on the master bedroom ceiling that I reported to Sea Chase. The ice maker also was broken and never filled up. I do love the new keyless entry! We have stayed in different condos at Sea Chase (west tower) over the past 20+ years, and I would probably pick a different one next year even if wasn’t on the same floor as our other condo.

We Will Be Back!

The view of the sunrises will start you day off the right way. The unit is comfortable, spacious, clean and bright. Location is great with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and all the area has to offer. The onsite staff is amazing. They respond quickly to all requests. The balcony furniture is exactly what you would want, sturdy and accommodates six. We would like to see a few upgrades/replacements. The area rug in the living area is coming apart. The fabric seats on the dining room chairs are in need of a cleaning or recovering. The cushions on the living area furniture are starting to loose their shape. Also hoping the window with the broken seal is replaced so that we can see that beautiful view from all the windows. All being said you will not be disappointed with this unit or Seachase.

We did a ton of research before deciding to rent this unit at SeaChase. It did not disappoint! The unit is beautiful and well maintained with everything we needed! We loved being able to drink our coffee on the balcony every morning, and a glass of wine in the evenings. The great family vibe at the resort that was exactly what we wanted! We enjoyed our stay so much we rebooked for next year before we left.
