The property was as advertised. The condo is a little old but it was clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying there.

Everything was great we were on the 3rd floor and it was a great view just wish we could've gotten a higher floor but it was a last minute booking

Lovely family trip. The pools were a huge hit with the family. Boardwalk was well maintained down to a beautiful beach. The beds were all comfortable.

Wonderful vacation

Due to leg issues, I was not able to take advantage of many things, including the beach ,but my family with me enjoyed all! The closeness of the beach was great as were the pools.

Wonderful spring break week!

My granddaughter and I had a wonderful spring break week staying at Sea Chase 302W. The condo was clean, spacious and in a perfect location. The grounds were immaculately kept. We will definitely stay here again.

Condo stay

Our stay was amazing! The condo was so clean and so pretty! We arrived earlier than check-in time and itrip was so accommodating and let us in early! The condominium is very secure and has security so we felt very safe staying there! My baby loved the kitty pool and splash pad! Another perk is the beach is very close and my grandmother didn’t have to walk a long way to the sand! We will definitely be booking again next year!

Nice condo on the gulf

We stayed here for 3 weeks in February. The condo kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of towels. The couches are a bit uncomfortable but that is usually the way with sleeper couches. Also, there is no hair dryer in the unit which I thought was a bit unusual. View of the gulf is great.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the sofa sleeper. We are looking into this further. As for the lack of a hair dryer, we do not provide this item at our properties, but do mention this in our check-in procedures so that guests bring one if needed. We hope to welcome you back for another stay in the future!

Beautiful condo

Everything was just as listed. The property is well maintained and beautifully landscaped. The 3 pools offer plenty of room. The ocean views are amazing. Highly recommended. A relaxing and enjoyable vacation close to everything in Orange Beach.

The place was nice however it was not clean! They sent someone to our condo to clean after I complained about how gross it was and the woman showed up to clean without my consent. Thankfully i caught her at the door before she went in! There were several safety/health hazards. Great condo! It just needs some attention.

It’s a very nice condo, lots of room. Right out from the elevator, which is nice! Great view of the beach. Nice furniture. Very nice pools! The only complaint we had this time is the entire refrigerator smelled like cigarette smoke. We had to clean the entire thing and add boxes of baking soda.
