Lovely in and outdoor spaces on a NO WAKE COVE just minutes away from OPEN WATER on the Colorado!
Come and enjoy our beautiful lake house. The home is well appointed with comfortable furnishings and complete kitchen amenities for your daily needs. Our amazing outdoor living area is located underneath the house and provides plenty of shade and a nice breeze throughout the year. Go fishing right off the dock or in one of our complementary kayaks and grill your fresh catch of the day.
The Highland Lakes region of Central Texas Hill Country offers many activities that include; renting a boat or jet ski on constant level Lake LBJ, taking vineyard tours, playing 18 holes of golf, horseback riding, hiking the trails at Inks State Park , spelunking in the Longhorn Caverns or jumping off a rock bluff at the Devils Waterhole.

The host was very prepared to answer questions or offer assistance whenever needed.I have a few complaints. The TVs did not work (Frustrating). Even my cousin, who is an IT specialist at a major company, couldn't get them to work. I wanted to watch the news and football!! Additionally, there was no coffee available, and it would have been helpful to know this in advance. The lighting on the exterior stairs and front door steps is dull. My husband tripped at the front door and cut his arm. Dirty dishes were stored under the bar area. Water flow in the master bath sink next to the shower is extremely slow. Extra blankets are needed in the unit.Sorry, so many complaints, however, thought it is needed to maintain the property for the cost!

We enjoyed the house! Loved that it was off the main "strip" on the lake which allowed us to pull off and swim were it's calm. We came on Labor Day weekend...VERY BUSY! The house was great but I didn't think of the stairs when I first booked it. We were fine with them (in our 50's) but our 70 parents did struggle some. There was a bathroom on the ground level...and this helped! The main bedroom was at the top of another flight of stairs. My first plan was to give the master to my parents, but they passed on it when they saw they had to climb another flight of stairs. lol! Besides that, the place was GREAT! Comfortable, close to store (HEB) and restaurants! We loved the back patio up top and the one under the house. Having the paddle boards were a lot of fun too! Loved our stay!!

Beautiful Getaway!

This was our 2nd time to stay at this property and we absolutely love it! it's the perfect size for our family and offers all the amenities one could ask for.The owners are the ultimate hosts and go out of the way to make sure your stay is perfect! Can't wait till next summer. We will be back!

Great spot on LBJ

We came to Kingsland for the weekend and stayed at this property. It was close to everything, clean, and right on the water. Would definitely recommend to families!

Great Stay

We loved the kayaks, hot tub, SUP and hot tub! Had fun fishing right from the bank and from kayaks. Relaxing property and plenty of space for our teens to hang out and something for everyone to enjoy.

Everything you could want for a stay at the lake!

We had a great Thanksgiving at Lake LBJ. They have everything. Well equipped kitchen, calm cove, dock, fishing gear, kayaks, sauna, hot tub, fire pit, grill. Very clean and comfortable inside and outside. Also plenty of parking area for our vehicles and boat trailer.

Great boating access to LBJ

This was our second stay here. The home is super clean, the host very responsive and helpful, and it has a nice pier on a quiet cove for tying up the boat. There is a boat ramp, literally across the cove. This is a great place to stay. We hope to go back again.

Perfect lake house

The house was in an amazing location. We had a great weekend and really enjoyed this house. Perfect size for two families with kiddos. We spent the majority of our time outside enjoy the downstairs hang out area and hot tub.

Great location with great facilities for friends to gather

Just off an inlet to lake LBJ, you could not ask for a better location for access to Kingsland and access to Lake LBJ via boat. All of the facilities were top notch and easily accessible. The owners were very quick to respond to any queries. Lastly the Internet service was top notch allowing us to do work as necessary

Lovely Getaway with the Girlfriends

We have a wonderful time here! The house was perfect for what we needed - time away. The location was great and we were able to get out in the area for some fun activities including wineries, longhorn caverns, and Boat Town! We enjoyed a few days at the house, kayaking, playing games and the wildlife in the lake. The owners responded quickly to all communication and were very nice and helpful. We would certainly stay here again!

Great for a family reunion

Plenty of room for adult children. Large, well-equipped kitchen for family meals. We enjoyed using the boat, kayaks, and board games. The fact that the TV wasn't a smart TV was probably a plus. Corn hole tournaments and poker until midnight are great ways to spend time with your kids.

Excellent getaway!

We had a great time staying here for a quick getaway. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed! We rented the pontoon and it had more than enough space for the 6 of us. Thank you Paul and Chris for your hospitality, we will be back!

Wonderful Lake Home!!! No need to look further!!!

I donā€™t normally leave reviews, so for me to take the time to do this means it was something very special. The property managers, Paul and Christine, were absolutely wonderful. They were super responsive, and answered all of our questions before, during, and on our departure. The property is absolutely striking. Attention to detail was everywhere. From the largest to the smallest. Everything in the home work perfectly. The sauna and the hot tub were an absolute blast in the evening! Pretty fantastic in the morning too. Quiet Cove was a delight. Walking down the stairs at any time you wanted to swim, in water that you could stand in, was heavenly. Especially at night looking up at the stars to see the big dipper. My wife and I rent 4 to 5 different lake houses every year on LBJ. This is going to be our number one go to moving forward. I have to give them a perfect 5 Star review! Ray F. PS. Our Keurig failed on the first morning, and when I opened up the cabinet, they actually had Folgers coffee and coffee filters in there. It saved my day and helped me come back from a horrendous hangover! Lol! Thanks for the special touches like that and shampoo and cream rinse in all the bathrooms, and all the other little extras that made our trip so much more pleasant.

Great stay!!

Always spend 4th of July in Kingsland and this house had the best view for fireworks!! Loved all the different areas to hang out. Floating in front of the house is great, not deep, bottom is a bit mushy. House has all you need!! Great communication with owners. Thanks Paul and Chris!

If you feel the need for speed just call Splash Boat Rental and they will deliver jet skis and boats right to the dock. Our jet ski ramps as well as a boat slip are available should you decide to bring your watercraft.

Imagine yourself having a fresh grilled meal in the shaded outdoor dining areas, watching the sun set from the balcony, soaking in the private hot tub, chillin in the Sauna or telling stories around the fire pit.
