This vacation rental in Downtown Pismo Beach is a spacious 2000 SF get away dream. Pismo Pier Plaza and boardwalk with shops and restaurants is right at the end of the street are only two blocks away!

This luxury town home sleeps eight people on a king, queen, and 2 twins in the 3 bedrooms, and a queen sofa-sleeper (linens and pillows provided) in living room. Fireplace, Smart TV for streaming and Wi-Fi in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, Keurig and breakfast bar with 3 stools. Ocean views from multiple decks with a Gas BBQ and outdoor dining area perfect for entertaining family and friends. Dining area that seats 8 people. Washer and dryer.

One assigned carport and one assigned garage for a total of 2 parking spaces.

This Property Does Not Have Air Conditioning

Such a great space and location! Check in was easy and the home was clean. Everything was ready for us to use and prepared. Would definitely book here again!

House was within walking distance from restaurants, beach etc. We had 3 full bathrooms which was very helpful. House was fairly clean, some areas like the furniture could’ve used some attention and cobwebs / spiders outside the front door. Otherwise the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. We would stay there again.

The condo was spacious and private and there were spectacular ocean views from several balconies. It should be noted that there are stairs at the foyer entrance and stairs inside the unit. The large dining table and outdoor table on the terrace were great for our group of 6. Walk 1 block to coffee and eats, 2 blocks to the pier!

Loved everything about the property. Only recommendation is to have a selection of games available for guests. Would stay again!

Independence Day Fun!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was amazing with such an easy walk down to the beach ( 5 minute)! We spent the night of July 4 on the deck watching ALL the fireworks up and down the coast and a perfect view of the fireworks from the Pismo Pier. The condo was clean and a great fit for our group.

Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful time at this property. Very clean and convenient location. Quiet and close to all the amenities including easy access to beautiful Pismo beach marina and a long sandy beach. We would definitely book this place again,

Fantastic property!

We were so pleased with our stay. The space was perfect for our group of 7 and the proximity to the beach was ideal. The rental had everything we needed, including beach supplies. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had all the necessities. Very much enjoyed the multiple decks, great views! The bathtub in the main upstairs bathroom was a fantastic plus. Would stay again!

Pismo stay

Great location. Love upstairs view from balcony. Had trouble with microwave, tv and fireplace. Paid the extra for pets, so worth it. Loved having our furry friend with us! Great space for 3 generations of family to gather. Must ascend two flights of stairs to enter unit. Good exercise for the grandparents with not having an elevator.

Home Away from Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything at these condos is perfect for our extended family vacation at Pismo Beach! The only issues we encounter are mechanical. Every time the smoke detector goes off (in the LIVING ROOM) when we are cooking. We have the fan on high, but need to open the doors as well. We were told it is because of HEAT, not SMOKE! 🤦‍♀️ It happened sautéing mushrooms, really?!? Also, the oven was unusable due to an error code. Since we have all 3 condos for the week, none of this was a problem for us. Everything is within walking distance, which is great because parking is ridiculous in the summer. I would highly recommend these condos!

Family Vacation

The location of this townhouse near downtown Pismo was excellent, but the street was a main street to get to the freeway unfortunately. There were so many motorcycles which traveled the road late at night. It would have been quieter if we didn't have to keep the windows open, but it was warm during our stay. It was beautifully furnished though I had wished that the kitchen had a salad bowl and a larger baking dish (9 x 13). We loved the table and chairs outside on the upper deck. The shower in the master bathroom backed up immediately on our first night and didn't drain even overnight. Luckily the facility had 2 other showers. A plumber came to fix it the next day and it worked fine afterwards. All in all we enjoyed our stay (even though we didn't sleep well with the noise at night) and it did rain 2 of the nights which created a warm, humid atmosphere. Fans would have helped. The definite plus side was that it was walking distance to most of the places we ventured...beach, pier, restaurants.

The unit was in a great location, walking distance to the pier with great views! It was clean and spacious. The only thing to be aware of is the amount of stairs which can be challenging for some. However, there were handrails which was very helpful.
