Welcome to Ydalir Haus, a Sapphire Bespoke Retreat that redefines the art of group travel. Nestled in a tranquil alpine enclave just minutes from downtown Breckenridge, this expansive 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom estate is thoughtfully curated for discerning travelers seeking both connection and serenity.

From the moment you arrive, you'll be enveloped in a sense of comfort. The home spans three levels, each with its own inviting lounge area and signature fireplace—wood, gas, or electric—creating elegant yet cozy spaces to gather or unwind. On the upper level, the heart of the home unfolds with a professional-grade chef’s kitchen, generous dining space, a fully refreshed living area with mountain views, and seamless access to an outdoor deck surrounded by evergreens. The upper level offers a private king suite, perfect for added privacy or multigenerational stays, while the lower level serves as the home's entertainment hub, complete with shuffleboard, arcade games, movie library, gaming console, and an additional full kitchen.

With ample parking, a one-car garage, and an expansive driveway, Ydalir Haus accommodates large gatherings with ease and grace. In summer the wildflowers bloom throughout the year and offer lovely colors and winter feels serene from the many cozy seating spaces with wildlife viewing. From sipping wine beneath alpine skies to playing fetch with your pup in the yard, this property invites you to connect with nature—and with each other.

Getting Around:

Just a short walk from the house, you will find the free shuttle pick up for Breckenridge/Skiing. Within 1 mile is the pickup and drop off points for the shuttle.



Other Things to Note:

Travel & Transport:

Colorado's traction law, active from September 1 to May 31, requires passenger vehicles to have at least one of the following: snow/all-weather/M+S tires with adequate tread of 3/16th of an inch, a four-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicle with all drive wheels engaged, or chains or an approved alternate traction device. These requirements are mandatory on certain highways like I-70 and 285 during the season, regardless of current weather. This includes reasonable expectation of the ability to drive with snow and ice present. We cannot provide refunds for vehicles that become stuck or require towing, and we are unable to provide recovery services. Winter Weather Advisory: During winter and some months surrounding the winter season, all driveways, walkways, decks/patios, and roads may be covered in snow and ice, requiring caution and adequate footwear for persons and vehicles to have four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive for safe navigation of area roads.





Each home comes with an Amenity Kit that includes 2 rolls of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 2 paper towel rolls, dish soap, and some dishwasher tabs.

The home offers parking for up to 5 vehicles, with a heated 1-car garage.

No smoking allowed on premises - $750 Fee.

Security cameras on-site over driveway.

Gas fireplaces shut off May 15-Sept 15 due to radiant heat.
