This lovely 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom deluxe home is the perfect retreat for families or groups of up to 10 people, with new hardwood flooring and furniture updates throughout. There’s a gas grill on the upper deck and a large private hot tub on the lower patio

The living room on the main level has an LCD TV and a wood burning fireplace to relax next to after a great day in the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you’ll need to whip up meals for your group. There is seating for eight people at the dining table, and the upper deck is right off the kitchen and living room. On the lower level you’ll find a pool table and a separate kitchenette/mini bar (fridge and sink).

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer and parking for two vehicles. Every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. - A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
